From the beginning, the staff clearly seemed rushed and uninterested. I ordered a kids quesadilla, but they started making an adult one. When I politely pointed out the mistake, one employee acknowledged it was wrong, but the person preparing the order reacted with visible annoyance and disgust, threw the food away aggressively, and was rude to me for the rest of the interaction.
It got worse from there. My wife’s burrito was missing the protein I paid for, yet I was still charged for it. Several ingredients were suddenly “unavailable” — including guacamole (which I ordered extra), carne asada, and lettuce. To top it off, they said they couldn’t print a receipt because they were out of paper.
Finally, I ordered an apple juice for my child, which was not placed in the bag. I only noticed once I got to my car and had to go back inside to get it.
Between the rude attitude, missing items, unavailable ingredients, and being charged for food I didn’t receive, this was an unacceptable experience. I expect much better service and attention to detail from Chipotle.
update- we went again and this time customer service was way better and everyone was nice. so ig it was just that one time
