My husband and I went to Arizona back in December 2025 to escape the freezing Minnesota temperatures—just a couple of snowbirds soaking up some sunshine.
While we were there, we stumbled upon this adorable little alleyway restaurant and completely fell in love with the food. It was hands down one of my favorite vegan-friendly places we found on the entire trip.
I don’t remember the exact names of what we ordered, but honestly… just look at the pictures. Everything was so good. Fresh, flavorful, and totally worth the stop.
If you’re in the area and looking for great food, this place is definitely worth checking out. You don’t even need to be vegan, I guarantee you’ll like it!

Love having access to an all-vegan restaurant and market while visiting Bisbee!! As a long-time vegan (over 30 years), I appreciate good food and the selection of vegan food and drinks available in the grocery store. Some are increasingly hard to find even in Phoenix. Fair prices and friendly service. Two thumbs way up!

Kinda pricey, but I absolutely enjoy coming here for yummy Vegan food. I love that a place like this exists here for Plant based people to grab a bite to eat. There is always freshly made food ready to purchase.

BEST VEGAN STORE IN TOWN!
Oh my, this place is worth a thousand kisses! The lady at the counter was so generous and humble! This is a complete vegan store that has a variety of frozen, packaged and drink options. However, there is nothing like “grab and go” because all of them at least need a microwave. I brought so many Indian vegan products and I love them! My family and I were so hungry and now!!! WE ARE SATISFIED!! Yay! Thank you to the owners!❤️

My wife found this place and was more than happy for it, she’s the only vegan in the family. The place was a little crowded, it was around 11:45am, but not too crazy. Menu was displayed close to the register. 10/10 for my wife.

I’m not vegan or vegetarian but I love Poco’s nachos. Every time I’m in Bisbee I make sure I have a chance to have them. A friend, also not vegan or vegetarian, enjoyed their vegan enchiladas. Lovely to have a plant based menu that tastes great regardless of dietary preferences!

Delicious chipotle chimichanga and chicken rancher bowl!! Really friendly service and reasonable prices. Poco located near cafe Roka which didn’t open during lunch so we venture into the little hallway near it and found Poco. So glad we went. Nice weather, superb food, great location, fast service. Can’t ask for anything better. 🙂 Our trip to Bisbee just got so much better thanks to this local small food shop. Recommended!
