My new favorite bar. So glad to have an Irish pub on island. The ambiance is incredible. The owners clearly put a lot of time and effort into making the restaurant cozy and fun.
Everything I’ve tried in the menu so far is great. They have a great drink selection and a variety of Jell-O shots for $5 (with whipped cream and sprinkles- game changer). Late night happy hour has 2 for $5 Jell-O shots (clearly I love Jell-O shots) and other cheap food and drink specials.
TVs everywhere for all the games but also have other fun stuff on for people who care so deeply about sports like me. Karaoke on Saturdays, open mic nights on Fridays, good music on the speakers if nothing else is going on. Fun crowd. Owned by a badass husband wife duo who also work hard behind the bar and in the kitchen. All the staff is super friendly, especially Ariel, the best server/bartender on Kauai.
I highly recommend coming here. I’m sure I’ll see you there.

Loved our visit to The Naughty Rooster. They have draft Guinness and, Josh, the bar man knows how to pull a great pint. My husband and I are from Ireland so we know a good pint of Guinness when we see one. Way to go, Josh and his lovely fiancé, Molly.

I totally recommend the Guinness pie and the chicken strips were the best I’ve ever had!
If visiting the island and you’re in the area, you should really check them out. They have great T-shirts and merch as well.

The salad was fresh, and the grilled Mahi on top was moist, and it was a perfect combination for lunch. My husband had the fish and chips – the ratio of fish to batter was excellent and the fish was moist. The chips had a decent crunch on the outside and soft in the center.

The Naughty Rooster is the BEES KNEES!! Such a fun environment, great food, and you can tell they put a lot of love and effort into the place. Ocean views while we ate the best reuben sandwich of my life! Will be going back to try the steak and Guinness cottage pie. The bartender Molly, who is also the owner, made us feel very welcomed. Will be telling everyone about this place!

Their confit wings -get them completely naked (no bagel seasoning or sauce) are DELICIOUS as is! Seriously. Whatever fat they are using in the “confit process” is killer & they were perfectly fried. Highly recommended.
Hubby said the Reuben is the best he’s had (& he’s had many) – no fat on the meat, great flavor.
We sat at the bar & the bartender (Kyle) was attentive & happy to help. A young lady at the bar moved over a seat so hubby & I could sit together & we bought her a beer (she ordered a SnakeBite) for her aloha.

This is a must stop in my opinion. A husband and wife team, wife is the boss haha. And i love the name! The owners explained how they came up with the name, come and ask them the story. Amazing atmosphere, great drinks and even more amazing food. I had the spicy margarita and it hit the spot. My wife is a fish and chip lover and she totally loved the fish and chips here. The service is spot on, all in all this place is absolutely amazing! I am buying a shirt and I never do that but they are really cool. Mahalo naughty rooster!!

The Naughty Rooster Irish Pub is awesome and an easy walk from our hotel (Marriott Vacation Club/Royal Sonesta). My husband wanted football, and this was the perfect spot. They’ve got the full NFL ticket, six big screen TVs, and they even open at 7am on Sundays for the games.
The food blew us away. The Irish Loco Moco with corned beef was a fun twist, the Rueben was stacked with melty cheese and tangy sauce, and the house-made pickles and fresh-cut fries were delicious.
The vibe is super welcoming — Josh and Molly (the owners) were behind the bar making sure everyone was taken care of. Best Bloody Mary on the island, hands down. Plus, they’ve got cool merch.
They’ve only been open seven months, but it already feels like a must-visit spot. We’ll definitely be back!

OMGoodness! This place is AMAZING! The menu is limited, but what is on it is… Holy Cow Yes in your mouth! The Ruben, Shepard pie dish and is the best I have EVER had. The hot wings are soooo good too! So far they serve the only good Lemon Drop Martini on the island. This place has that genuine pup feel as well. If you are on a date, check out the nooks for seating. These spaces are not only cute, but seriously comfortable and romantic. 10 out of 10 will do again!
