This is the worse , rudest, McDonald’s i can say i have ever had. Multiple times the drive thru lady at night, the white lady ,is the rudest, meanest , worse customer service I’ve ever had, have the time she is mad or upset. Management is horrible, the white guy at night. No customer skills, looks deflated and like your annoying him anytime I’ve delft with him. I quit coming to this McDonald’s because poor service and the food is horrible, old, stale, fries never crispy, always get the order wrong it’s constant here. Still debating calling corporate on this place to save everyone else the experiences I’ve had to deal with this place.

I stopped here for a quick drink. The line moved very slowly and it took a while to get serviced. The place is otherwise clean, spacious and seems to be well run. My drink was okay. All in all, it’s a decent McDonald’s, good for a quick bite or two.

Ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe, once I got to the window I confirmed it was a double qtr deluxe and was told they don’t have that? It’s listed on the menu, so I asked if they could make it and was told no because they don’t have it ??? Received single qtr pounder deluxe.. had a very rude encounter with the white lady who works nights at the drive thru window.

Lack of care for the food the customers get, old wrinkled soggy fries and a “double” quarter pounder about a week later mine and my cousins quarter pounders were RAW couldn’t see it in the dark and when we got home it was too late tried to call but of course no answer. Not sure what’s going on but get it together!

Sadly this McDonald’s staff was not very nice. When I approached the counter asking about the app the manager was quick to say something negative. After I made my purchase the staff went outside to smoke leaving other customers waiting for service.
At one point the manager even left her office laptop unattended. Sadly won’t return to this location.
There was one staffer who was doing the drive thru and the front end at the same time so they get a star for that one employee. Second star for the food.
