I love the food here! However, I wonder who the hiring manager and general managers are? Every time I go, no matter who is working, it always seems like the employees have a poor attitude; rolling their eyes, acting frustrated about every polite request, trash cans all overflowing, and not communicating clearly. They seem to judge you if you don’t know the name of a food item instead of being kind about it. They will greet you but not ask what you want. A smile is few and far between. There also seem to be poor communication between staff members. There’s always a lot of people in the back but only one person at the front making food and on the register. I have never been to another restaurant that has such a weird, cold vibe constantly. Is Garbanzo’s really such an awful place to work, or is there more to this story? Additionally we tried to get catering from this location but for some reason it was not possible, so we had to get food from King Soopers instead ♀️

The first time there and I really liked it. They do pita sandwiches and bowls that you can make up with whatever you want.. Lots of really good and fresh ingredients. It will be a new regular stop for me.

This is an awful restaurant! Honestly it’s probably the worst place to order anything for delivery! Our delivery driver was very kind and apologetic for taking so long to get us our food, so my qualm lies with the quality of food and service of the restaurant itself. I called the restaurant in an effort to find out where my order was and if there was an option to tip my delivery driver. However, after 2 calls to the restaurant, someone answered and hung up! I called a 3rd time, and the phone just rang continuously. I have covid so ordering delivery was my only option so I wouldn’t get anyone else sick, not to mention the salad I ordered looked very questionable. So of course I thought I’d better not risk catching any food borne illness by eating any of the food. I was hoping to speak to a manager about the issue, but after reading many other not-so-positive reviews stating the manager does not ever rectify any issues, I am left with no choice but to report the lack of quality and health risk of this food to the city health inspector. This is absolutely unacceptable service. I am promptly demanding my money back! Courtney Bowman, you’d better respond to my email ASAP!

Order online pickup order for our dinner. Pickup time 5:24. I was there on time.
Employee in photo walked out door on her phone as I walked in. Waited 10 min at counter for employee to acknowledge me. No one came out of kitchen. Called twice, no answer. Let message in machine.
Finally went out to tell this girl “I’m waiting for my pickup order.”
She brings some young man out from back, he has no clue I was there.
Time stamp on this photo 5:34, 10 min waiting… only 4 costumers in restaurant so not even busy!
Terrible customer service and cold terrible food for $35.
Such a shame because I’ve eaten there when owner was there, and loved my gyro! My daughter said her plate of food was awful & cold.
This time it’s a “nope not this time, won’t be back” … sorry!

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened back in 2013. My boyfriend was actually a manager before COVID caused him to be laid off. This place has never been the same since. They never have steak in stock when I come to eat, which is all I eat, so I leave. The workers are dressed like they rolled out of bed and went straight to work. They don’t greet you and, again, will never try to get the product they need. They are just out, especially if it’s close to closing time, like 7 PM, when you all close at 9. As a place we have loved for years, it’s beyond disappointing to see how things are being done now. Food quality isn’t the best either, compared to years before, but we will love it, but every visit makes it hard to want to come back.

I tried this spot via the To good to go app and was pleasantly surprised. Got the chicken bowl which included seasoned rice, chicken and a cucumber relish. It also came with a side of a Mediterranean dressing. The chicken is flavorful and decently cooked. I came in later in the evening and it was a little dry but still delicious. I’m pretty sure it’s all dark meat that they used. The rice has nice color and a rich flavor. The cucumber was a nice fresh touch to lighten up a heavy bowl. Without the dressing the chicken is overly dry but the sauce was a great addition. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was welcoming and polite. The prices seemed a little excessive for what you get, but through the app it was a great deal. 7.5/10

Hadn’t been in a long time. The two guys working were great, receptive, cordial and helpful. I had the steak plate and it was very good. Portions have gotten smaller but you can ask for more. Fresh, warm pita was awesome.

I got delivery and the food is delicious and fresh. I like how fluffy the pita is and the hummus is delicious. This will definitely be put in rotation for lunch.
