The ice cream is amazing, the food is incredible. It’s been a lil pricey lately but def filling. If you want a whole sandwich, a half will fill you and you can take the other half for second lunch later. Bring your own water cause they won’t have fountain drinks and the drinks they have will make your bill go up. Just looking out for you in these trying times.

Found this place online and decided to give it a try. They have very young people working there and they aren’t very patient when taking your order. I understand that for that part of Tampa the price is what it is but I wouldn’t mind going back with my family if the service was better and the fact that the person taking ur order puts up a face when you skip the tip on the register is not so great. I believe that I have to tip only if they take my order to my table and clean up after me but that not being the case I feel like that option should be removed. Apart of that the desserts were great and the sandwiches are not bad.

Called in a order Waited 45 mins which is fine there busy. But dont be upset when im on the line and paid for my order on the phone why would i wait longer. Yall need a better system someone strictly for the phones and pick up shouldn’t have to wait on the line !!!!!i ordered a pizza and those famous tacos and the food was good but the line was out the door too.Listen im from nyc as well and u can be rude to me all u want for sure dont bother me that’s why i laughed. Don’t get mad @ me because i didn’t want cold food if anything maybe thats something u should do take the money on the phone like any other establishment

Order a Tuna Salad on a roll with one cheese slice and a water. The roll was small I thought they gave me the wrong item and went back and the lady started throwing around the roll to open it. The roll was good, it wasn’t over the top with mayo. The slice wasn’t bad, it was light on the cheese and sauce. Total was about 16 bucks and the service wasn’t the best. They should have a speaker to call out the names for food because you can’t really hear them. Finding a seat is hard as people don’t leave after eating.

Frankie’s is as real as it gets for an Italian deli in Florida. I go back whenever I’m in the area. Very impressed with the sandwiches that offer NY staples like a chicken parm or chop cheese. The pizza is also pretty comparable to what you find commonly in NY.

Kinda up on down on this place… The sandwiches were really tasty. I would totally come back again for those. The disco fries were really disappointing, not a lot of flavor and really dry. As you can see in the pic, there’s barely any gravy on them. And not any real seasoning on the potatoes.
The bread for the paninis is definitely a win at least.

I didn’t know I had to heat up my chicken and bake potato I believe this is the first. Food I’m not impressed the smells was amazing tho I also got the tomato cucumber salad to sweet for me also my sandwich grilled vegetables and cheese maybe I didn’t read maybe it was a cold sandwich but cold grilled vegetables idk but personally had to take it home and seasoning it up and heat it up lol customer service was OK they guy at the deli was fine and helping me but the one at the cash register the way she just snatched the food out my hand excuse you ma’am SMH only reason you have two stars was for the gentleman at the pasta or deli bar
