Food was top notch! Will go again and get a pizza next time because they smelled delicious.
This place is a little out of the way for me but we’ll worth the dive to me.
I believe I also talked to the owner who is a legit Italian and the food reflects it!

Excellent Italian restaurant! The owner and staff were very kind. The owner/chef came out to greet us and I asked if he could make chicken and eggplant parmesan and let me just say, he did not disappoint. Very tasty and the sauce and chicken were so yummy! Would highly recommend. The ambiance was so calm and relaxing. Loved it, thank you!

This food was so delicious, I got the chicken parmigiana lunch and it came with homemade rolls and a side salad. My plate was HUGE, I was not expecting that for a lunch plate. I’ll just be honest I was expecting an Olive Garden with fake authentic Italian food but I’m happy I was wrong. When I walked in and heard that Italian accent from the owner and one of the cooks, I was intrigued. The restaurant was nice and cozy with a good vibe, I did a to-go order but the place had a good amount of people inside looked like company work lunch, some friends gatherings. The owner Albi was walking around and checking on people and asking if they needed anything (nice touch ). The staff seemed really nice especially the lady that took my phone in to go order.

It has been a very long time since I’ve had both exceptional service and food at a restaurant but I found it here. I got the chicken Parmesan sub Alfredo sauce and I’m not underestimating when I say it blew me away. Their portions are large for the price and I can’t wait to eat my other half for dinner. The salad that came with my entree was large enough to be an entree itself and tasted very fresh. I’m sorry I didn’t try this restaurant sooner!

Went to Nona’s for girls dinner date with a friend.
The atmosphere was ok. The tables had real linens, which I appreciate, but the structure of the building and the decor of the tables fought each other.
Our server was having a hard time, but tried and was honest, which I give points for.
The food was really good. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer. It was fried perfectly and the marinara was flavorful. I had the Veal Milanese which was delicious.
The wine list was small, which was a little disappointing. I was looking forward to a decent red wine with my meal. The red they had wasn’t bad, but more on the sweet side. I would think that this will change in the future. The owner seems to be thoughtful and intentional with his flavors and having only a sweet red blend detracts from his robust hearty flavors.
The owner rounded the restaurant towards the end of our meal and, knowing we had a longer wait than normal, brought us a free tiramisu. Now this item was the STAR of our night. Absolutely delicious! The ladyfingers were perfectly soaked, so they weren’t mushy, the marscarpone was sweet, but not overly so, and the layers were well balanced.
Over all a good experience. Seeing the owner’s concern, pride, and hard work makes it easy to look past the bumps in our meal. I definitely will be back to see how they grow and improve.

Nona’s Italian did not disappoint! I had the Rigatoni with Burrata — a simple yet incredibly flavorful dish. The sauce was rich and perfectly seasoned, and the creamy burrata on top took it to another level. I finished with the tiramisu, which was fantastic — light, creamy, and full of flavor. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to come back!

We just tried this for the first time, and we really liked it. I’ll have to go a few more times to really decide what I think, but these are my first impressions:
It’s a nice enough environment, but I know the place used to be a fast food BBQ place so they really can’t make it feel as much like fine Italian dining as I’m sure they’d like, but it’s not an issue.
The bread is good! It’s always easier to wait when the bread is good.
I had the Chicken Tuscany and my wife had the Manicotti. I tried a bite of hers and honestly they’re both really good. The portions are very generous so we’ll have leftovers, which is a plus. It is slightly more pricey than I’d like, but so is everything else these days so
We’ll definitely be going back to try some other dishes another time.
