Ordered two beach clubs, one without cheese (I have a mild dairy allergy). Both were delivered with cheese. Also ordered a raspberry tea, lemonade was delivered. Only saw cheese on both sandwiches when on the call with manager, who snarklingly accused me of trying to steal a free sandwich, so that was cool. Returned sandwich with cheese when one without cheese was re-delivered. Remade sandwich was good, service from manager on the phone specifically was embarrassingly unprofessional. Delivery driver was great though. Will not be returning (:

This is the worst franchise. The bread is always underdone, delivery takes a ridiculous amount of time. I live close by and I will go out of my way to visit another location.

Haven’t eaten at Jimmy John’s in a long while. Now I remember why I stopped. They were never consistent. I took the photo after My husband cut off a bit. For $7.61 for a sandwich only I think I can find better.

I ordered a veggie sandwich online, which I get all the time from other locations. Picked it up and opened it after a few bites and couldn’t find avocado anywhere on the sandwich. Called the store asking if I could pick some up, they literally said ‘did you check between the cheese?’ So I peeled the cheese open – I actually thought I was being pranked. The cheese was stuck together with the thinnest scrape of green that you could imagine. I wish I got a picture. Like it would be more effort to put such little avocado spread on the sandwich than to put a normal amount. Especially considering the whole point of this sandwich is the avocado spread since there’s no meat on it, it was just so mean. Maybe they thought it was funny, considering they had that response ready when I called, but I won’t be going to this location again.

Rarely does a fast food chain deserve the time to be reviewed, but in this case it is warranted. This Jimmy John’s has a higher level of excellence than most. I have dined in and I have ordered delivery. I am currently staying at a nearby hotel and my delivery driver Austin took the time to call and let me know he was on the way. Now that is customer service. Will always frequent this location when in the area
