UPDATE: Placed an online order around 8:22 PM (closes at 9 PM) and when I arrived no one there and everything had probably been put away an hour earlier because everything had already been cleaned–YET, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD!

Such nice employees. We had a large order and it was getting busy. They gave each sandwich the same attention as if we were ordering 1. They were courteous,clean and efficient. The employees are why we are giving this Subway 5 stars.

Friendly crew. This location is now under new management, and the lady has really turned it around. Brought it back to the subway that I used to love frequenting. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Store was clean and I was in and out. They also do a punch card thing here, where you buy 10 sandwiches and get the 11th free, great incentive especially since they changed their rewards program.

I ordered online through Door Dash, I requested on my order for my sandwiches to be on regular Artisan Italian bread. I have the order information and my receipt showing that I ordered my food correctly. However, when I got my order it was wrong and made on the Flat bread. I called the store and spoke with the Manager on duty Christina, who was by far very rude and unprofessional and basically made it out like it was MY mistake not theirs. Her options to fix the mistake they made at the store was for me to go out of my way after I paid for a service for it to be delivered and pick up the correct food or get a refund of which they would not refund the fees I had to pay to get it delivered which to me was not my fault that it was made wrong and they should compensate me for my time which is now being wasted to go get food they messed up on. OR the best part was I could just reorder it again and hope they make it right and have door dash deliver it to me again and pay for it all over again! I get that mistakes happen totally understand that, but be professional enough to make YOUR mistake right and do right by your customers. Christina was very unprofessional and rude and I would not recommend this location for service at all. I paid for a service for my convenience because I couldn’t leave work to go get it…that’s the joy of having door dash services, but when the order is made wrong by the store and not because of my fault then do right and make it right.

This place is a complete disappointment, disgusting and a waste of time. Come in to see plenty of flies right next to the food and what appears to be a boy, possibly 10-13 years old preparing my food. The boy appeared as if he were sick, and flies even landed on my sandwich as he was preparing it. This is the absolute worst subway location and I am not exaggerating. Do not go here

The last few times I have gone there I was not impressed. This Subway location use to be great. Went there a few weeks ago. I wanted lettuce on my sandwich and saw how brown the lettuce behind the glass window was. Told the girl working she seemed kind of miffed I said anything. I have worked in the food industry and find it unacceptable. Also a few months back went to order a sandwich at this location and it took forever for someone to help me. Some lady went outside to get someone to help me. Kid came in and put on gloves asked what I wanted. First of all I don’t know if the kid was outside taking out trash or possibly taking a break outside vaping. He could of just been doing nothing but not to wash his hands before putting on gloves isn’t right. I made a comment to the kid asking if he was going to wash his hands. Come on its common sense. They teach a class on this in order to get your Food handlers permit. I hate coming to this location because it takes forever. The only reason I have gone is because its the closest to my house. The staff need to be more attentive to the customer and food safety. The food needs to be fresh. The lettuce that day was just disgusting.

$5.99 had to pay 7.46 that means the food tax is around 25% witch is not the case. I told them they were overcharging me. The answe was ” sorry that’s just what it is” wow!
