The employee mentioned that they close before 6:00 PM, but didn’t specify an exact time, and apologized, saying she would talk to the manager about updating the listed hours. I then went to another store, but when I returned at 6:03 PM, I saw the employee serving the same person and starting to clean up the outside area.
I find it unprofessional to not adhere to the posted closing time while still serving customers. This experience has left a bad impression, and I will definitely reconsider how often I visit if at all. If you plan on coming here, I recommend arriving much earlier than 6:00 PM—perhaps closer to 5:00 PM—to avoid any uncertainty. Hopefully, you’ll have a better experience than me!
