Beware, this store does not take any coupons, only the Subway App. As a customer, that makes me feel sad because subway restaurants promote their coupons and this store is just like No. It’s a tool for marketing and the owner said the reason they don’t accept any coupons is because their rent in Bellevue city is too expensive, (hint: don’t tell customers that, you signed up for your Subway in Bellevue, therefore it’s your problem, don’t put it on me, I’m your customer, I shouldn’t have to worry about your rent being too high)
This is the first Subway that had a sign saying No Coupons Excepted, totally Shocked.
Luckily, I’m understanding and I get it. You don’t want to bother and it’s too much work for you, so as a customer I suffer and can’t use my coupon and your business suffers because you are limiting your customers. I will not return for that reason alone. I payed $6.40 for my sub and I could have saved $2 with my sub coupon. Bellevue has a lot of new money, but there’s also a lot of normal people who live here too and I’m sorry you chose a spot that is expensive, hopefully your business will thrive and you don’t have to limit yourself or your customers. Sandwich was great and my first time ordering Veggie Delight, thank you.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! The guy literally added one layer of cheese instead of two (my order had 2x cheese on their menu). When I noticed and brought it up, he started arguing. The sub itself had way less than normal amount of protein in it. No wonder the overall rating of this place is around 2.5. Terrible experience given the neighborhood it’s located at

This is a place of bad service and poor quality control. I was there on the 19th to pick up 2 sandwiches ordered online. There was a promotion running when ordering on the app, and I thought that it was a good deal. Little did I know, that they were made with complete disregard to the actual order. When I asked why the veggies ordered online are not in the sandwich, and why sandwiches are drenched with mayo, I was told that they are on a promo and that’s how she made them. The lady said that her name is Maria. In short, she refused to fix my order and simply came up and took the sandwiches out of my hands telling me that I will be refunded. There was not shouting, no swearing, no obnoxious back and forth. She simply got mad that I opened the sandwiches to check on my order and refused to fix them. The whole experience was confusing. The woman seemed agitated and angry at something or someone and took it out on the next guy walking into the door. This is the lowest bar of a customer service that I’ve experienced at a fast food joint thus far. Let’s hope it stays that way.
There was also another customer sitting at a booth and was appalled by the whole exchange.

I don’t understand why I find myself eating at this location. This location only staffs one poor worker for the entire lunch rush. This makes getting a sandwich around a 8-10 minimum minute experience, everytime. I’m currently standing here writing this wondering why im still here. I could go on but ill just never come back here again. 100% blame the greedy management that does that to its worker. Shame on them.

Disgusting hole in the wall subway, meatball sub barely had any sauce on it and it looks nasty too. I guess subway lets just anyone have a franchise. How is this place passing safety inspections???

Worst service experience you’ll ever have, even for fast food. The manager/owner is often the only person there and instead of greeting you, he mean-mugs you until you tell him what you want. He never replies or acknowledges you, just keeps his headphones in the whole time. They also never stock certain menu items (like soups) and don’t offer any explanation, and as others have said the prices are outrageous and they never honor any discounts/coupons. Overall you get treated like the guy’s doing you a favor and you’re getting on his last nerve. Doesn’t seem like he has any desire to be there, so neither should you.
Somewhat related but the ONLY time I’ve ever heard him greet a customer or talk to them like a normal human being was when a Subway corporate rep was there evaluating him LOL pathetic.

The WORST experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant! When I entered, there was no one at the counter to greet me and I could see two workers chatting in the back through their backroom corner mirror. I called for their attention but was ignored. They kept glancing at me through this mirror for 5 minutes until one of them finally came out to serve me. He didn’t say a single word, and I got a pathetic amount of meat and other ingredients on my sandwich. As soon as he finished ringing me out, he immediately walked to the back room again. Idk why, but the sandwich wasn’t even that great tasting, and the little amount of sauce I got was the only thing tasty about it. I’ve no idea how this place is still in business, but I’m never coming back to this location.
