I came back home for a visit, and the Copper Mug is always a must stop. I havent been in town for almost three years. Stopped in for an early dinner and a beer, and they did not disappoint. So many things have changed, and it was very refreshing that the only changes they’ve made have been for the better. The food is top notch and not even close to your typical bar food. They could open a restaurant with the quality of food the put out. The service, granted it was quiet, was on par. So if you’re in southern Oregon or passing through Grants Pass put The Copper Mug on your list of stops.

As a Karaoke regular I seam to come for the reasonably priced, and pretty bomb, Cocktails as well as the rotating taps that Cody keeps up to date here about every week or so…However here I am on a Sunday, with a Smash burger for the ages.. when the say “A bar with great food” they’re not pulling your leg.. Easy going crowds Sunday thru Wednesday from what I’ve seen.. and pretty packed the rest of the weekend. If you haven’t been.. or haven’t eaten here… Do yourself a solid!

Stopped by for a bite to eat. Great staff! Friendly atmosphere and amazing drinks. Topped off with a Philly cheesestrak that was way better than I had expected! The pretzel roll bun and peppers set it off! My apologies for no pictures of the food that I scarfed down immediately! Definitely going to become one of my regular spots!

When we first came in there was a gal with great service. After she did a shift change there was a guy who did not pay any attention to anything that was going on. We did order some food and it absolutely sucked!! Bad service from him and bad food!

Food was fantastic, cocktail was good even for a picky person. Service was a bit slow due to how new the place is, but they are definitely figuring it out, having a good time, and becoming super good at what they do with positive attitudes. This is going to be one of the hottest spots in Grant’s Pass. The vibe is fun and chill, I can’t stress how good the food is and the bartenders were having a good time. All around good experience for me and my friends. I will be back and I will always consider this place when deciding where to take friends.

I’m not one to frequent bars here, but I decided to have a beer. I wasn’t impressed with the inside decor. But I wanted to check this place out and hoped maybe the service would out weigh the “dungeon” feeling on the inside. Apparently, if you’re not a “known” regular customer, the bar tenders don’t pay much attention to you. I felt ignored. Never will I go back. The Cedarwood across the street is 110% better!!

I went into the Copper Mug today for lunch and a beverage. I had heard that the hamburgers were out of this world and I have to tell you they are! There’s a great seating area in the back that is open air no masks required and that’s where we went for today. The staff is fabulous, friendly and made us feel right at home. Everything was clean and tidy. Parking is in the back. The menu is quite varied and I can’t wait to go again and try something different. We all need to support our local businesses. This is one that I plan on frequenting . Stop in and have a great burger !

DeMaura (Dee) makes this place an enjoyable judgement free zone and everything she cooks is amazing (Zen rocks the kitchen too) her specialty drinks are off the hook (frozen lemonades many flavors) not to mention her smile and personality are something to look forward to especially if you are having an off day. She really makes this place fun. Mouton has a great personality as well. 2 great bartenders makes this place somewhere that I will definitely return to. They have 3 pool tables, giant jenga, and a dart board, dj on weekends, comedy night on Tuesdays and karaoke on Wednesdays!
