Oh. My. God. We ordered delivery from here for dinner on a pregnancy craving whim and absolutely everything was fantastic. For the 5 dishes we got, I included some thoughts below (we haven’t yet tried desserts or drinks, or dined in).

The panang chicken is moderately thick, with good-quality thin-cut white meat and very balanced flavor – peanutty, umami, creamy, and a hint of heat. Only thing is that I wish they had kept the steamed vegetables on the side that I ordered as a sub for the rice, since they took up a lot of real estate in the container and I would have put some of them with a different dish.

The khao soi, a northern Thai curry that’s typically served with dark meat chicken, came with the most accoutrements, and my husband got it with beef instead of the usual chicken… and I’m SO GLAD he did. The beef is so fantastic I took a close-up picture of the tender pieces it came with. We may never get it with chicken again! It even has all the pickles, sliced onion, fresh lime, and cilantro that come with it in places like Chiang Mai. It hit every note!

The Thai-style ka prow with fried egg (we did ground pork, as I usually got in Thailand) is the same type I try to make at home, but done even better. It’s savory & a little sweet with heat, though it could use a touch more salt… but that’s probably the pregnancy talking.

The grilled pork appetizer is similar to moo yang, flavorfully marinated, and the sauce is spicy and sour (on point), but it needed to be charred more (I threw them in the air fryer and they were perfect; try it with a side of sticky rice, if you can eat rice).

My husband loved his tom yum, spicy & sour & savory; he said it has the perfect amount of heat. I’ve been having Thai food since I was in elementary school, and spent 2 months in Thailand several years back, and this is on par with the best food I had across Thailand. We’ll be ordering from here regularly; I’m thrilled that this place replaced a decent Thai restaurant with an absolutely fantastic one!

Where do I even begin? Let me sum it up like this… I travel a fair bit and Thai food is my favorite so I eat it fairly often and this mean was phenomenal. I don’t think I’ve had a better Pad Gra Pow in my life. I think they call it Kapow here, but if you eat Thai then you know enough to know it regardless.

I started with a Thai tea. This was a shift from my expectations in that it wasn’t overly sweet like a dessert, rather it had an almost dark quality to the flavor.

Tom yum soup was a splurge for me because I wanted to try it. This place is new and the soup can tell you a lot about where you’re eating. The chicken was a standard affair but the broth was something else. My bowl only came with chicken and mushrooms but it was clear the broth itself was a symphony of flavors. Just a little spicy so you know it’s Thai.

I ordered the Pad Gra Pow (Kapow) for my dinner. It’s listed a couple places in the menu but the one that caught my eye was “Thai Style” so it was ground chicken with a fried egg on top. Holy moly it was amazing. So often I find the egg overcooked with dry crumbling yoke and I hate it. This was perfect. Just soft yoke with the whites fully cooked and just a bit of chewy edge. Have I said amazing yet?

This place is new. 5 ratings when I decided to roll the dice. Looking at the photos I was suspicious because anyone can use stock photos but no, when I got here they were still taking the pictures! And clearly the food is as good as advertised.

Not coming here would be a huge mistake.

My wife & I got takeout here for the second time in a week; it’s that good! We even decided to try two new dishes (the beef khao soi has become a standby), of which we loved the pork hunglay curry, which is sweet & savory & sour & nutty…. But the cashew chicken was a surprise, though we were very satisfied by how the restaurant dealt with it.

We ordered the ‘cashew’ stir fry dish with chicken, expecting chicken breast like in the curries we’ve gotten, but when it came there were no cashews and it had breaded pieces of chicken, which gives my wife heartburn. She was disappointed by the unexpected sweet & sour chicken appearance, so she called the restaurant to make sure we were given the right dish and they offered to remake the dish, with the expected chicken breast & which I went and picked up as well, and it was more what we expected (see my photo of the two versions of the dish). The sauce was the same, and we wouldn’t order it again since it’s more like Chinese takeout flavors, but we were glad to try something new and were very happy with how they dealt with the issue. We’ll be ordering from here again soon! The Thai tea is also really good!

Absolutely fantastic food! Finally found a Thai restaurant with a great selection of Thai dishes. All the portions were generous including the crab fried rice. They had the best Thai tea I’ve had yet as well. All the staff were so friendly and respectful and made simile we had everything my family needed. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend to anyone craving delicious authentic Thai! Make sure to try their mango sticky rice as well it was a 10/10!

We have gone to the Taste of Thai before and didn’t know they were under new management. It is the same great taste but even better than before. We went for the soup today because it was so cold outside and we were tired of being stuck in the house. Again we have eaten there before but something just woke up my taste buds. I usually get the Pannang curry and Spring rolls but today I got the Wonton soup. The vegatables were cooked to perfection, not soggy, not to hard but with the right about of crispy. The flavors of the soup had me. My wife had the Tom Kha soup and she just loved it. I tasted it and it had a light sweet spicy taste to it. She said she actually wanted to bottle it to drink it. The curry puffs were delicious. Please believe when I tell you that I don’t give out many resturant compliments nor take the time to write review but they definitely deserve it today. We also got an ordered some additional items off the menu to go. The service was also excellent. Go now! seriously it is great!

The Thai food here was fantastic. Everything was perfectly seasoned, and all the dishes were full of flavor without being overwhelming. We ordered the green curry, pad see ew chicken, and duck curry, along with tha iced tea and a strawberry lemonade. The strawberry lemonade was especially good as it was served with fresh-cut strawberries and looked just as great as it tasted.

Our server was incredibly sweet and checked in often to make sure we were happy with everything, which we really appreciated.

One small note of confusion: the sign out front doesn’t match the restaurant name, which threw us off a bit at first.

I’m giving the atmosphere three stars only because it was freezing both outside and inside the restaurant. It didn’t seem like the heat was working, and there was a space heater running in the middle of the dining room, I ended up eating most of the meal wearing my jacket and gloves. That said, they’re under new ownership, so I’m sure these things will be ironed out soon.

We’ll definitely be coming back again for the food, it was absolutely worth it.

Have ordered from here twice now and if I were ever so slightly less responsible, I’d order it again today despite having it last night. Insanely good Thai food and without question the best in the area. Very grateful for you all.

The soupless noodles were delicious and tasted very authentic. The seasoning was on point, noodles had great texture, and the overall flavor felt like something you’d get at a local spot back home. Highly recommend trying this dish!

JJ IS STILL HERE!!! This was formally Thai Taste. New owner, different items on menu. No stuffed wings. For all the drinkers out there – they will have a full bar next week! Decor- freshly painted brighter colored bare walls. I’m hoping they will put up THAI pictures or decorations, as many people will think this place sells Chinese food or a combo of Chinese and Thai. This IS authentic Thai food. We had the Crispy Shrimp rolls (tugged shrimp), which had a decent amount of shrimp, skin was a little undercooked, which I brought to their attention. They offered to make us another order, which I declined. I figured why not give them a break since they just opened? We also had the muscles which were pretty good. The Thai sausage we ordered was surprisingly spicy, which we loved, but it was not listed as spicy on the menu. I let them know they should indicate it as such on the menu, or bring the heat down as they make it in-house. The prices are higher than the former restaurant, but not too high. The men’s bathroom was MUCH cleaner according to my friend! Lol I can’t wait to taste all the other items on their menu. We are just so happy that JJ still works there! They do not know what a huge asset she is!
