The food is PHENOMENAL!! Absolutely AMAZING!!! The staff is GREAT! Very very friendly, courteous, attentive and on point! There are many different things to choose from on the menu. Every time we come camping, this is our GO TO restaurant to eat at!! I highly recommend this place if you want GREAT QUALITY FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE! Great family restaurant. We had the Megan’s seafood balls. 5 large balls with an amazing sauce. 2 smaller ones didn’t have much seafood but the 3 bigger ones were stuffed full of seafood. Crunchy, tender and delicious. Entrees were the steak poboy and the seafood angel hair pasta. The house made cream sauce was delicious. The poboy meat was tender with lots of the onion and peppers. The staff was very friendly and food came out fast.

Our very first visit to this Cajun restaurant. Beautiful decor, gorgeous art hanging on the walls. Cocktails were fabulous. The dishes are phenomenal! My husband had stuffed fish dish and loved it! I had the stuffed eggplant and by my photos you can tell how much I enjoyed this dish! We were delighted. We had the pleasure of meeting all 3 owners. The most wonderful folks you’ll ever meet! We highly recommend Jarreau’s Cajun restaurant and bar! Give it a try! You will be glad you did!

Really enjoyed our meal here. We had the red beans and rice with cornbread, fried fish, and the shrimp po boy. Everything was very good. Would definitely come back.

The eggplant spears in seafood sauce was amazing. The bread was even delicious dipped in the sauce. We shared the 16oz ribeye special and it was more than enough food for 2 people. We are traveling so may never visit again but this was one of the best home cooked seafood places we have eaten at.

Loved our food and time here! We started with Gouda mac&cheese balls with sweet and sour sauce, which when they came out we weren’t impressed with how they looked, but they tasted delicious! Then we got our entrees, boudin burger with fries and sweet potato casserole, fried shrimp with fries, and the Cajun ribeye poboy with fries. Finished off the meal with a Bundt cake! The food was good and delicious and the service was stellar! We would definitely return when we’re back in town

I ate here 3 times for lunch. I had the special Fish and shrimp, Bacon cheese burger and the boudin burger (pictures).
The bacon cheeseburger was average but, had good flavor. The fish and shrimp was amazing with their sauce to dip it in. And the Boudin burger was pretty damn good (pictured). The flavor was great and the overall combination of seasonings blander well.
I would highly recommend you give it a try and see for yourself.
