My family and I have always enjoyed Domino’s—it’s an easy, reliable meal for all of us. Unfortunately, our experience at this location last week was disappointing. When I called to report finding hair in our food, I was told I’d need to bring the pizza in to prove it. Since it was delivered, I felt that should’ve been handled differently. The manager, who was out making deliveries, never called me back. So here’s the proof you asked for. We’ll be ordering from a different location from now on.

Pizzas use to be helping portions. I guess because of the tariffs prices are going up and portions are getting smaller. Pizzas in the past completely covered the pizza. I was cought off guard when I opened the box and looked at my Deluxe Pizza which comes with pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushroom, peppers and onions.
I think they put 1 piece of each item on each slice.

Multiple times have failed to deliver complete order. Orders are not as ordered. Drivers are rude when asked where the rest of the order is. Management could care less about the customer s order being correct or being delivered in full…. Management gives push back when asked what they are going to do to correct the issue.

Placed an online order, med buff pizza no sauce, LG buff pizza, brookie, and a sandwich. Took 35 min even though tracker initially said 19. I called immediately after placing to verify the med pizza did not get buffalo sauce. Unfortunately, I did not check when I picked them up… neither pizza had sauce and the large was burnt a little and large bubble ups. Dominos used to not even let those go out… you’ve gone down. Taste is still good and the two guys working were friendly but seemed overwhelmed. Hopefully this store can make some improvements.

Just like every thing in America today they offer a deal ”discount” for something by the time you complete your order it’s DOUBLE the price. Guess paying people and T.V, millions is better than selling products. So SAD what they charge for and what you get. Don’t ever have to worry about me ordering a pizza from any company again.

I placed a large order today at the Glenpool Domino’s. Our order was ready on time and was piping hot. All the pizzas had several different toppings on each one and they looked and tasted amazing.

Said my pizza would be ready in 26-36 minutes. Walked in at 30 minutes and they still hadn’t even put the pizza into the oven yet. To top it off it said it was complete at 36 minutes, so I walk in the store, and it was still in the oven. Pretty sure they just marked complete so it looks like they were having the pizza ready within the time limit. During this time there is about 6-7 workers in the store.

I called in an order over the phone the said that my card was declined so that charged my wife’s card and comes to find out they charged my card twice for over a 100 and then lieing to me about my card being declined . I have let my bank fraud department take care of it . There is big time fraudulent activity going on at this store Julie the store manager was the one who took my card info and my money and who’s lieing about it . Stay away from this store

I don’t usually voice my concerns publicly, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Domino’s. I placed an order over 30 minutes ago, and after waiting for an hour, I decided to check on its status. I understand that things can get busy, but to be told that my order isn’t ready and won’t be for another 25 minutes is beyond frustrating. There were six people working, yet only one person was making pizzas. It’s disappointing that Domino’s continues to accept orders it clearly can’t fulfill in a timely manner, leading to a poor customer experience.
