Terrible! Ordered the new Parmesan stuffed crust pizza. Here’s some pics lol. Half of it was burnt. Crust was not “stuffed”. I’ve never ordered Domino’s in my life and never will again. I absolutely have to give a shout out to the awesome delivery guy that rang the bell because he didn’t want to leave the food on the wet ground! Super appreciate him!

Ordered on line and it took 70 minutes for the pizza to be delivered 2.8 miles from the shop – and delivered luke-warm. Called the shop after 1 hour and got no explanation for the delay, no apology, and the line “mysteriously” disconnected. Complaining to corporate, but this is the last straw with this place, since I’ve had similar problems with them before. The best way to deal with a bad business is to not deal with them. So, I’m done.

We order from this shop often and have had delicious pizzas consistently. The team is always friendly when we pick up and it always looks like they are busy (meaning not just standing around), granted we go in for dinner so it’s usually busy.

I have never had a bad pizza from Dominos til now. Did the $9.99 deal my son ordered 2 pizzas. His was great, mine terrible. All I tasted was sauce. Not mushrooms, spinach, cheddar blend. I did taste the onion. To me it was a waste of money.

We haven’t ordered from Dominoes in decades, but we had an opportunity today. We were pleasantly surprised by the speed, service, and taste of the pizza pies. The ingredients tasted amazing, and I started to change my mind about ordering from Dominoes. Service was fast, the pies were baked quickly. We were only there waiting for 15-20 minutes from ordering to leaving. Well done Dominoes!

UPDATE: I went by the dominos and a very nice gentleman gave me the rest of my order without question and even through in an extra.
1 star.. I’m really not a review type person, but I have to for this one. Do not order from here!!! The customer service is appalling. I made an online order that was delivered incomplete. Okay, sure…that happens. I called to correct and ask them to send me the rest of my order. They said a driver would be on his way with the remainder of the order. Awesome!
2 hours later, food never showed up. I called again and told them…again…of the situation. They…again…assured me a driver would be there in “20 or so minutes”. Two hours later, still nothing. I ended up going to bed. It would be one thing if it was a free pizza or something but I had paid for this food.
I called the next morning as a last ditch effort of actually getting the food I paid for. They put me on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up dying inside.
