Went to the drive thru as I ordered my food through the app but when I got there they asked if my McNuggets could be cooked fresh meaning cooked now as I didn’t want cold ones. Well I waited for about 10 mins before getting to the window and was asking the person are those the ones I requested to be cooked fresh. Well after the person said these were cooked for me fresh I checked as soon as I drove off and parked. They were not cooked fresh as the texture was rubbery and the temp was not hot not warm but almost cold so like warm really. I then went back to the window and had to wait for a customer to get out of the way but when I went back to the person and said hey these wee not cooked fresh and she grabbed the bag went to the back and came back with the same bag I presume. You will not guess what she said. She told me that she asked the person and they said they cooked them 5 mins ago. Are you kidding me it’s been 15 mins now. I did not get the McNuggets as she kept them. Why would I even bother any to eat the items after she took them went to the back and brought whatever was in the bag. Seriously I pay for an item that should be expected to be cooked and you can’t even do that. I asked for my money back and she said I have to go to the app. Well I did and it told me to call restaurant and I called no answer so I told you all here. Do not expect to get your food and expect it to be fresh when you ask because you will not get it and it comes with a big negative attitude.

This location is absolutely terrible. I have never once gotten fresh fries from here. I’ve done everything from straight up asking them to make them fresh to ordering with no salt. They’ll straight up just lie to your face. Last night I decided to brave getting food because it was the day before payday. Again soggy fries but this time with a twist, they where salted to hell and back. The burgers I ordered where also destroyed with salt. Makes sense though looking at the employees. The fatigue is real.

I would not recommend that women or children come to this McDonald’s. The lobby smells horrible. There was nine homeless people sitting in there just hanging out. I was asked if I had change or cigarettes multiple times while I was waiting for my food. I also witnessed two of them exchanging drugs on the table and another couple was vaping inside. Because of How bad the lobby smelled it made me nauseous and I didn’t even eat my food. I just threw it away. I was going to sit there and eat, but even if I decided to there would’ve been nowhere for me to sit because all the tables were taken by individuals that were almost just sitting There. The people that run and manage this location need to remember that they are a food establishment and this is not appropriate for it. I understand they’re homeless and do not have a lot of options to go to, but this is not an excuse to deal with harassment and have to deal with the smells when coming there and being a customer.

this location is 24-hours and always business with customers. Last night, however this young lady, Andrea was tasked with running the entire store herself. She didn’t know how to work the kitchen to make the food from the late night menu. She had a great attitude although she could only serve fries and chicken nuggets. which the cook made a large batch before they left Andrea, for the night. Cars were leaving in disbelief at the incompetence in McDonald’s integrity to not only their customers but to more importantly, their staff who have to serve their staff. this is unacceptable and the owners of this location needs to do better. Great job Andrea, for having a fighters spirit and not leaving out like your team left you. It was before 2am when I pulled up so I know she had a long night and I hope they give this young lady her own store. Super Andrea!!

Shame on this location for not posting hours for the holiday! Went on xmas eve 2025 and there was a line of cars at the drive thru at 9pm. I figured they were busy due to other food joints being closed. Mind you the order screens and kitchen lights and signage were on. After 5 minutes of waiting to have an order taken, the car in front of me pulled up to the pick up window and looked inside to find there was NOONE inside the kitchen. The crew had abandoned their posts and left everything on. People had placed mobile orders were in line to pick up their food. There were no signs posting reduced holiday hours so this location should’ve been open 24 hours. If you leave for the night, they should’ve turned off the signs and menu boards and disabled mobile ordering. This location sucks on a normal night..service is extremely slow and food is often cold. Do better mcdonalds.

My Uber driver said they already gave my food to the wrong driver and refused to remake it. I called to try and clear up communication and get my food. The man who picked up was immediately rude, not listening to what I was saying, raising his voice and going on about how they never make mistakes. I’ve worked food service for years and I would never be allowed to talk to a customer like that. Terrible experience.

I stop by almost every day. I usually just get a coke but have been ordering food a little more lately. Usual McDonald’s fare. Fries are never fresh like most locations. I either don’t buy them or have to ask for fresh ones. The burger patties are gross unless you get the 1/4 pounder which is decent since they’re cooked ‘fresh’. Tables are dirty and sticky many times. I usually stop by around 12-2 so it might be lunch rush leftovers but it’s still annoying. They’re charging for extra sauce cups now, which I’m sure is indicative of the company as a whole. What a joke. Gotta satisfy the investors. The interior of this location is nice. Modern and newly remodeled. The register layout is terrible. If you need something you stand there waiting for someone to happen by or have to flag them down. It’s not customer friendly. I need to stop buying this junk. I’m addicted to the coke so it’s my fault for frequenting these places. Average at best.

Loud,kids trashing the place,vaping inside even when asked not to. No Respect for other customers!! Or Staff!! Staff was doing the Very Best to keep up,very kind. The mess they had when those kids left…WOW soda poured all over tables and benches,garbage left everywhere! I would not allow that many in at a time! Noon time ,school kids probably from East. Yesterday I ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese and no pickles or mustard. Well I got a quarter pounder with cheese and everything on it expect the bacon…… I couldn’t eat it due to an allergy and they are refusing a refund because I ordered online….. not cool. I wont be coming back.
Edit. I was in email contact with someone named Jessica Walker who claimed she was the owner of these stores. She said she would send me 2 free meal coupons for the inconvenience of you guys stealing my money. I gave her my address and said I will not be responding anymore today because its my dad’s birthday and he just died and I was having a bad day. And she never responded after that and never mailed out the meal coupons. Fire Jessica Walker and get new owners.

EXTREMELY RUDE! Got there and the girl was on her phone and ignored me. Manager came out of the bathroom and did nothing but argue with me. I will not come back for anything and am reporting to head office. Get your act together!!! What is the matter with you guys???
