My daughter introduced me to this place in Mississippi. It was fabulous! I was delighted to see one come to my town. I have been here twice. The first was shortly after opening. My expectations were to high I guess. I went 2 weeks ago and decided to give it another try. The pasta and broccoli salad were both so dry. The chicken salad wasn’t anything special. For the amount of money I paid, I was sorely disappointed. Not going to waste money like this again.

Enjoyed a flaky croissant. With melted provolone cheese on top of the Lauryn’s Lemon Basil chicken salad.
Came with a side choice….I went with the Egg Salad. Also came with a pickle, wheat crackers and mini buttercream frosted cookie….Delicious! Got a couple fresh lemons and squeezed it on the Lemon Basil chicken salad…took it up a notch…..Yum!

In Atlanta, these are everywhere! So glad to see one here in Jacksonville. I got the Kickin Kay BLT on a croissant with potato soup. The soup was amazing. It was rich and very delicious. The BLT was good, other than the croissant not being fresh. It tasted like the croissant’s were made the day before so I was a little disappointed in that. The customer service was outstanding ! I will be returning.

So at first I ordered the chicken salad melt….the cheese was not melted at all. Second of all the portion size of the pasta salad is minuscule. For the price point, they should have given more. It’s literally two big bites….
Now, the flavor is delicious. I ate every bite but wish there was more food for the cost. I’ve read the reviews. I wish Jacksonville did a better job over all when it comes to fast food.

husband and I obsessed with this place no complaints there the food is so good! But second time we’ve come and they mess up the food somehow? came back today and my sandwich somehow had to get fixed twice :(( I really love this place but I think the staff needs better communication within themselves. Are we still gonna keep coming back yes lol we love the food ALOT!! it just feels wasteful with the constant having to get my order right. The staff are super nice tho!

I was searching for a new restaurant to try since moving back to Jacksonville. I came across chicken salad chick so I decided to give it a try. The service was great. The food however, left something to be desired. I ordered the traditional chicken salad along with some pasta salad. The pasta salad unfortunately was pretty dry and did not have a lot of flavor. The chicken salad was okay, but nothing to get excited about. I also ordered the lemonade, which was not the greatest. I’m not saying that I won’t try it again sometime in the future, but as for today, it was not great at all

The staff is always friendly and they make sure you have everything you need for your meal. The chicken salad has always been delicious when I come. The soup is a favorite any time of year. If you haven’t tried CSC you’re missing out.

How do you mistaken pasta salad for broccoli salad? My family has ordered from here over a dozen times and have not been disappointed but this time . . . How do you mess up 1/2 the order? Overall my experience at this location was not up to standard. The broccoli salad was dry, chicken salad was decent but the croissant was not flaky nor fresh. Customer service was awful at the drive thru speaker and the window. This would be an area for improvement!

Over priced for portion size. Chicken salad on croissant is inconsistent, might get a fresh one might not, might get a good portion of chicken salad or you might just end up tasting bread and lettuce. My croissant was cold and stale. The chicken salad was bland, the broccoli salad was dry and a very small portion. I was going to return but I won’t be going back there.
