We came here for Valentine’s Day and it honestly could not have been more perfect. No wait at all (which felt like a Valentine’s miracle), and the atmosphere was such a vibe. The music was great, cozy but not too loud and I LOVED all the anime characters everywhere. My boyfriend and I were literally pointing them out and naming them the whole time. It made the night so fun and nostalgic.
Our waitress was super sweet and attentive without being overbearing just genuinely kind and welcoming.
Now the food… the bao (fusion buns) were SO. SO. SOFT. And ridiculously delicious. We have not stopped thinking about them since. Like, actively craving them.
The ramen broth was super rich and creamy — exactly what you want from tonkotsu. I loved the pickled ginger, and I added bok choy (because I’m obsessed with bok choy) and it was perfect. I had them remove the bamboo… tbh it reminds me too much of sugar cane from growing up and my brain just refuses to like it and they were totally accommodating!!!
Not pictured: my boyfriend’s plate of chicken and rice because he inhaled it like Kirby. Gone in seconds. That should tell you everything you need to know.
Such a great experience all around. We’ll absolutely be back.

It’s cool out so I wanted some gourmet Ramen noodles. Order the vegetables Ramen w fried wings… Very delicious and I loved the ambiance of the dine-in area. Will definitely visit again soon.

You would never know it but this is an anime restaurant!!!!! The outside doesn’t show the insides face of there atmosphere….me an my daughter were aww struck with all there anime and cool decorations….I felt like goku eating there bowl of udon noodle!!!! Chopsticks and full mouth of mouth watering noodle!!! Get the udon noodle substitute for any of there bowls!! Amazing I wanna go back now….

It was our first time and Bianca, our server, was excellent. She recommended the daily special, Braised Beef Ramen, which was flavorful and delicious. We also selected the crab Rangoon, spring rolls and coconut shrimp. The food was served hot and very quickly. We will definitely be back to try more items.

The staff were very attentive, food was delicious and was served quickly. They also offer hot tea that is not on the menu, but is delicious. The food served is exactly as pictured on the menu and that is a rare find! They have great options and very good portions!

this restaurant is still very new so me and my parents waited about an hour for a table when we arrived at 5:30pm Friday night. very understandable since this is the first authentic ramen restaurant in our small town! HIGHLY recommend coming here 🙂

First time trying Fusion Ramen, and I mobile ordered through their website, which was very easy to use and my food was ready when they said it would be. I got steak fried rice, crab rangoon, and brown sugar milk tea with boba. Everything tasted great and my husband said they were all very nice and helpful when he picked up the food. All of my expectations were met! I will be eating here again!
