Food is better than most Chinese takeout establishments…it is mainly takeout or delivery from a very hardworking family. Go to for the North side and have never been disappointed with the quality of the food and the portions guaranteed to have leftovers. Family has gotten takeout more than a dozen times over the past two years and never been disappointed…or sick. Lady taking the order could not be nicer and I am really surprised that anyone might argue with her or her husband.
Tofu home style, house lomein, moo shu pork, butterfly shrimp have never been poor and I am really never been disappointed with our choices.
Not really a place to take a date, but for takeout Chinese food, the prices and portions are better than most. Rarely do I give 5 stars for any establishment, but don’t let that scare you… this little place is legit.

This is literally the best restaurant ever. The food is delicious, the staff are very nice, and the restaurant is so nicely decorated. They make the food so well. it’s honestly amazing how good the food is. One thing I definitely recommend is the honey chicken. It’s so good! It’s my absolute favorite. If you’re hungry and ever just crave some Chinese food, I 100% recommend to go here. The service is amazing! The food is so delicious!! Best restaurant ever.

From the moment you step in or place your order, there’s something about the mix of generous portions, friendly service, and bold classic flavors that just feels like “home.” The portions were absolutely huge, every time i order i have leftovers for two days.

Chinese China 2000 in Watertown, NY, left a lot to be desired. The ambiance was lacking, with outdated decor and uncomfortable seating arrangements. The staff seemed indifferent and inattentive, making for a disappointing dining experience.
The food was a major letdown. Not only was it unappetizing in appearance, but it lacked flavor and freshness. It tasted as if it had been sitting out for far too long, leaving us questioning its quality and safety. The menu boasted a variety of dishes, but none lived up to expectations.
To add insult to injury, the prices were unjustifiably high for the subpar quality offered. It felt like a complete rip-off considering the dismal quality of both the food and service.
Overall, Chinese China 2000 failed to meet even the most basic standards of a decent dining establishment. I would not recommend wasting your time or money here when there are plenty of better options available in Watertown.
