Came this evening around dinner time. The gentleman building the food was polite, but I had to wait quite a bit for someone to ring in my order. I don’t mind being patient, but the first girl that came to ring everything in had an AirPod in, and was clearly not paying attention. I asked nicely for a large side of queso and salsa because the line was backed up and the guy building the food didn’t have time to do it in the moment. She got the salsa, and I asked gently if she had also put the queso in the bag because I didn’t see it. She looked at me like I had shot someone. She asked another girl to ring me up for the large queso, and the second girl that came was very sweet and made sure I got everything. I understand it’s difficult when there’s a lot going on, but I will never understand being immediately rude to a customer that’s been kind to you? It seems they are heavily understaffed and I empathize with how stressful that must be, but management needs to do something about the efficiency with the line and customer service. For what you pay to eat here, there’s no reason it should be like this.

I’m not sure what is wrong with this particular Chipotle. I love eating at Chipotle, but this particular location needs help. It’s close to my work so it is convenient, but this is the last time I am going there. I stopped getting the veggies cause they made me sick a few months back. Yes, I don’t know if it was the veggies, but I have gotten Listeria before, and this felt just like it. Today, I got half a burrito. Not sure if the server was in a hurry, but it was the smallest portions I have ever gotten. The flour tortilla was hard as rock before I got finished with the burrito. Everything in the burrito tasted like a salt shaker had fell open on top of it. This, added to the incredibly salty chips, just made my sodium levels rise looking at it. Horrible eating experience. Wont be going back.

I went last Friday to have dinner and the food was cold , they had no napkins and there was no one at the counter to ask for. Also I saw an employee in the kitchen eating the steak he was cooking! And the chips… well it was a bunch of salt with chips actually. Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been!

This new location is getting their feet under them. Several workers were there and they definitely keep a clean environment and a functional production line. One young guy was attempting to keep everybody moving, and the line was building up, thankfully the veteran showed up and save the day. Good food, good location pretty cool restaurant environment.

They change their prices for the same items from lunch time and they’re higher in the evening at dinner time. And they’re always stingy with the guacamole!! Employees always moody standing around having conversations with other employees always for getting to give you items you’ve ordered because they’re conversations are more important than doing their job!!

Got a chicken burrito, steak burrito bowl, chips and guacamole, and a side of Side of Red Chimichurri. Nothing was good. Chips were terribly stale. Chimichuri was salty, burrito was ice cold and salty, and burrito bowl was ok.
In general, Chipotle has been going steadily downhill for 2-3 years, and I’m done giving them more chances. Used to be one of my favorites, so it’s hard to give up on them, but I’ve finally hit my bad experience limit. I’m out.

The food was definitely on the salty side, but personally, I didn’t think the service was as bad as some online reviews claimed. ♀️ ️ However, the portion sizes were a bit disappointing—seemed like they were being carefully controlled.

When they first opened the food line was always a MESS! The outside of my bowl would have food on the bottom, but to then sliding the down a messy counter. That seemed to improve a bot. What hasn’t improved…chips are always stale or a bit chewy!
