It had been a long while since I had eaten Church’s chicken, and they did not disappoint! The lady at the window was very nice and the food itself was hot fresh and delicious. The only thing off about this place was that there was no place to eat except two concrete tables outside, and there was not a lobby. Other than that it was fantastic!

My husband and I love Church’s chicken and the food was great. However the person taking our order was very rude, we were told to go wait in front for our food. We sat there for twenty minutes waiting on our food to come out, another employee comes out to ask what our order was then goes back inside. We wait another 15 minutes before we get our food and it wasn’t right, my husband had to go inside to get the parts of the order that were missing. I can understand if we pulled up to the window and things were missed but someone came out to confirm our order and still didn’t get everything in the bag. We will definitely be going to a different location from now on.

Church’s on East Waco Drive never disappoints. The chicken always comes out hot, crispy, and full of flavor. The biscuits stay fresh and soft, and the service is friendly every time I pull up. It’s one of the best spots in Waco when you want good chicken fast. Definitely my go-to.

Decided to come here for lunch quick bite to eat, came through the drive-through. No cars behind me. The lady that took my order and took my payment was not so friendly. She definitely lacks in manners of hello, please and thank you. She asked me to pull up front to wait for my order. I did and I sat there and waited, and I saw where she was at the walk up window after about 10 minutes and had my order. I intentionally ignored her waving at me because I came through the drive-through for a reason, I did not want to get out of my vehicle. Ms. Grumpy reluctantly brought it out to me no smile and no thank you with an attitude as if I was a pain in her day because she had to walk outside. When she handed me my food, I said thank you. She walked away quickly, and I hollered out “have a nice day”. Management; please work with the staff on manners and how to crack a smile. It isn’t hard to greet a customer with a smile, especially when we are the ones that allow you to get that paycheck. They need to get some damn manners!
And my coleslaw is a few days old. It does not taste fresh at all, so I will not be eating it.
The atmosphere can make or break a restaurant – I don’t think I will return here again, I can’t stand rude people.

Food was very fresh and delicious!! Service was very fast and the window attendant and staff were communicating to ensure everything was accounted for before handing me my order. I feel like that was going beyond good customer service and wanted the entire team to know it was appreciated.

When I want some Chicken I go to Church’s and I go to this one in particular because the customer service is great. They are quick and my food is always fresh. Bianca is always very helpful when I go here. She goes the extra mile for the restaurant and always has a smile.

Stopped here hoping for a quick bite. After the lady was rude and snippy while taking my order in the drive thru, she had us pull up. We waited 30 minutes for 6 chicken strips! Other customers came and went but I had to go to them and ask what the status of my order was. They took sooo long for chicken strips. I feel like for some reason they were purposely taking a long time on mine for some reason. Even my husband asked if they were targeting me or something. No idea. But beyond disappointed with this location and will not be going there ever again.

I wouldn’t give this church’s one star. First of all customer service was horrible make you not wanna order anything at that location. Do better when it comes to your customers Im pretty sure thats why the parking lot be so empty. I will be contacting cooperate.

I enjoy going to this church’s in east Waco fast pace as well as in great customer service Mrs.Bianca is 1 of my favorite people she make sure I get ketchup in my bag as well as napkins and never miss a thing this the best time Churchs been great and I been going here for awhile
