frequently go to this place to pick up food orders. I haven’t had the pleasure of eating here, but it’s certainly an excellent place. The staff is amazing, always welcoming you with the greatest disposition, respect, cordiality, and kindness. There’s a very young woman who wouldn’t be able to scoff if someone made a mistake with their order or a drink. The lady who serves as host is undoubtedly a great employee. I hope her bosses value them highly because this place might not be as pleasant without them. Thank you for your work and effort.

Fast service also they do deliver with $20 and more order. Also of course they have their daily specials but when it’s the fried pork chops special I suggest you order it as soon as possible because they do sell out and sell out fast. So if ever you are in the area and want to eat L&L seeing on by and the service is always sincere, professional, and always served with a smile no matter how busy they might be.

Food service is very fast, and the food is very delicious….customer service is allsum.i love the cashier service! She gives me the correct change and has a brain as a computer. I ordered kauyuk and sweet and sour spareribs and it was hot and delicious. These CHINA service is the best! I LOVE it!

More like 1/2 Star….Ordered the Teri pork, was mostly fat, hardly tasted the Teri sauce, my girlfriend ordered the fried chicken wings it was hardly cooked, made her stomach turn. We got there at 8:30 pm, sign said that closing was 9:30 pm, I asked them if we could eat there, they said “oh we’re closing, it’s almost 9” I said sign says 9:30 “oh that sign wrong” Not coming back.

Driver did not knock upon delivering food nor did she call when she came to drop off my order. I have 3 children under 3 years old who would’ve gone without dinner because when I asked if she would be returning with our dinner her response was that she was not gonna come back with our food. So I went in to grab it myself and what do you know the same driver that refused to deliver our dinner gave what I’m assuming is her boyfriend a free drink and was also allowed to dine in at the location which specifically says that dine in is not allowed. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. She puts a bad image on L&Ls Food chain. The only reason why I did not rate it 0 stars is because you can’t. Sad ewa beach is a small tight knit community so I’m sure we’ll see each other again.

I have to say that after a few of the other L&L business establishments closed down lets just say quite a few years back between the years of 2006 and 2008 also townside location as well i just want to mention. But after 2-5 shut down. I never thought i would actually enjoy eating another L&L plate ingeneral. But this one located in Ewa Beach not only proved me wrong on my own initial thinking and feeling, but tge food is always cooked just right abd not trging to jynx it or bachi myself but also never had anything served either under or over cooked like dried out over cooked mind you but never did or have run in to that type of issue, scenario, or situation even when ordering for other people and nit even getting something for myself. On top of that tge service is always quick speedy friendly and alwo to more so important very memerable or no bad lasting impression in any way when start to finish of trannsaction for ordering to recieving my order whether it is a eine in or take out and also dontforget they now do deliver also. But just so no one gets thrown off or surprised by any type of unknown information. If you do want them to deliver order has to be above $20 and because its deliverry no fountain drinks but get bottled beverages available to add to your order if anything. I cant recall specifically which ones off hand but just inquire within when you are putting in your order and you would really like the deliveryr instead of going down to their location inirder to pick it up. It does sometimes is more convienient some times.
