So a few weeks ago I said I would not go back. Well my husband and I decided to go back and give it another try because B Side was there again. Well my service was top tier my food came at a reasonable time the drinks was awesome. We went to Tasha Emerald Lounge I took my daughter and mother. The manager was very nice and staff was attentive to our needs. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. I would say give Tasha’s a visit take friends and family to have a relaxing experience. I will definitely go for brunch and take my church family with me. Thank you Phill for your caring and over and beyond customer service. We will be back.

I’ve been to 3 events here. In all honesty, the customer service is not good at all. The food is very bland at best. Again the food is VERY BLAND at best. The owner cannot be all over the place constantly. This speaks volumes when you are planning an event and this was one of the places you were asked to consider..The customer service MUST get better and a lot more pleasant, especially when we are spending our money …And before I get a aggressive response from whomever. This is a Review based on how to be better from a customer and consumer experience. Again I am planning a event so my due diligence is required, like my honest opinion to my constituents..

Came here for their buffet. The food for the Buffett was pretty great but the customers service was fair. Very slow customer service, the smell of smoke was in the after a while from the cigar room.

I would not be going back again I waited forever to get some food they say all you can eat but they only have enough food for one serving they have no omelets no waffles no pancakes
They only have eggs with cheese in them everyone doesn’t eat eggs with cheese in them, there was not enough food I waited in line just for the first time and then I waited almost over 45 minutes an hour just to get some bacon they don’t have any rolls, no biscuits no gravy only grapes for fruits not a variety of fruits like watermelon cantaloupe strawberry honeydew no bananas no apples no oranges the gentleman at the door was very rude does service is horrible right at 12:30 they have already ran out of food soon as they opened up. The gentleman there at the door he was very rude he didn’t care about anything no one ever came over to ask us how I was going we had a party of 18 someone had a birthday party in the back. Horrible service

I was really disappointed with my experience here. We had reservations, but when we arrived, the owner had given our seats away and handled the situation very rudely. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of professionalism and courtesy made it a really unpleasant experience. I hope they learn to treat customers with more respect in the future.
