I ordered my delivery at 5:50pm. I didnt get a call letting me know they didnt have a delivery driver.. still waiting for it and it’s 7pm. If I would have known they didnt have a driver then I wouldnt have ordered my lunch from them. This is the worst “freaky fast delivery” I have ever had. When I called to talk to the lady on the phone, she was snotty and all she offered was to cancel my order.. no cus I still dont have a lunch then and all youre going to do is throw it away.

I ordered my lunch for today 4 hours early on the app. The app took my order and my money and my lunch never showed up. Same address, same order as I always make. Once my lunch did not show up, I called the jimmyjohns multiple times with no answer. This is at 1130am… awful awful service. They have lost my buisness.

The person who took our orders, Bella, was very polite and asked us about our day and why we were dressed up. The guys in the back were professional and competent, delivering our order in a manner that encapsulated Jimmy Johns’ “freaky fast” motto. In terms of the food, we got three sandwiches and a wrap, all of which were good. However, the “picklewich” had very small pickles and too much mayo. If your restaurant was to perfect their executions of the specials, it would make for a truly perfect dining experience.

The young man claimed he was the manager and was yelling at the 2 lady employees making sandwiches. There was 4-5 other people waiting for their sandwiches and he was yelling at the workers saying they weren’t worth it and that they always have excuses for not doing what’s expected and that this is what he gets for being the manager now and he’s tired of it. One employee had walked out upset and the manager continues to talk about the situation.

This is a great place to go and sit down to eat if you want to watch the couple that works here ask each other for a kiss every couple minutes. I mean the girl was basically begging the guy to kiss her. Then they disappeared in the back Maneger with pink hair said absolutely nothing to them. Keep the PDA out of work people.

I used to order from here 3 times a week. Stopped because the service was so bad. Took about 9 months off from ordering but had my old delivery driver stop by (he’s awesome and I usually got decent service if he was working) and say it was under new ownership and things were better now. Got a 50% off a sandwich email so i broke down and reluctantly ordered today. At this point the discount wouldn’t apply so I had to pay full price, my order is a hour old, lunch still isn’t here. Called the store and was told it’s provable not coming for at least another 30 min because they only have 2 drivers and got slammed, also told there was nothing they could do to apply or refund the discount. Clearly things are not better under the new ownership!!!

I love Jimmy John’s but this place is far from “freaky fast”. They almost always forget something if I order more than sandwiches. My last delivery took an hour and a half to arrive and when I called after an hour to see if something was wrong, the girl answered the phone with peels of laughter and a hello…I shouldn’t have to ask if I’ve called a place of business or not. I understand places get busy but thats excessive…I didn’t even bother calling for a refund on the items that were wrong or undelivered.
I don’t know Jimmy John’s, you guys need people in there that care just a tiny bit and not mindless children.
I took my chances and tried again. A $50 order after an hour and they hadn’t even made it yet. The girl tried to argue with my boyfriend about just giving us a refund because they could make it right now. We did finally get refunded of course but to make things even better… the girl on the phone said that they were super busy and could rush an order in since we’d waited. I had left to pick something up and when I drove by, the inside of the building was empty save the workers throwing food around.
Don’t waste your money or your health.
