Fun theme-based bar and lounge! The decor is based off the escape rooms offered: tomb of the gods, underwater etc. The drinks are unique, strong, and delicious. The food is great but pricey. Expect to pay $16-$20 for a flatbread and $10-15 for appetizers. Drinks are $12-20.
The service is alright. Waitstaff forgot our waters for 20mins and we had to wait 30mins for all the food to arrive. The food could also be improved. The greek flatbread was missing specified toppings and was very salty.
They also offer free board games! Great place for group hangouts, post escape-room munchies, and corporate events!

Such a fun place!
Their escape rooms are really cool and have nice themes to them. The space voyage one had some fun twists to it too

However the thing that I absolutely love the most is their lounge on the first floor.
Sections are themed after their escape rooms and the vibes are so nice!
I personally like the deep sea section.
Their flat bread is amazing too! I like it a lot more than the usual pizza I get from most places.
Their cocktails are also some of the best I’ve had. Pleasantly sweet while also being quite dangerous.
The only thing worth noting are that prices can be up there, but I personally think the price point is worth the quality.
All in all, Portal is a fun experience I’m more than welcome to recommend!

Had some drinks after an escape room and the drinks we had were great. The fact they have booths with tv’s to watch in progress escape rooms is really cool. They also have board games you can borrow to play while chilling at the lounge. Atmosphere and the decorations are top notch.

Portal Lounge has food and drinks and a fun atmosphere with friendly staff. The lounge decor matches the escape rooms themes, and the art in each area is so cool. We usually hang out in the Tiki area, meet up with friends and bring our board games to hang out. The staff checks on us regularly to make sure the drinks keep coming and that we have a good time.
We will be back again for sure.

What a fun place! Cannot comment on the escape rooms but we went and did trivia in the lounge and it was so fun! The theme of the bar is so fun and the staff was amazing! My only constructive critique would be the trivia was a little long due to so much time to answer questions so maybe shortening that but otherwise I enjoyed coming here and will be back

A fun multi-roommed escape from experience. Lots of things to look for that made it both quite challenging but also not too difficult. The lounge is also a nice addition with lots of food and drink options and even some table games that you can play while hanging out. A well put together. Place with really fun, knowledgeable, experience staff. I hear that their location in Eugene is also pretty epic.

Went here for a friend’s birthday and was amazed! Best escape room I’ve ever done, and the lounge was incredibly well themed. Drinks were delicious and well priced. Will definitely be back.

Don’t let the “dental office” style exterior appearance fool you. Inside is the most gloriously immersive lounge! There are different themed zones of tiki huts, underwater grottoes, and spaceship. Floor-to-ceiling awesome decor. Chill music, delicious food including flatbread pizza & salad. Outgoing and friendly staff — and the bartender whipped out a copy of the “Smuggler’s Cove” tiki drink recipe book, so it really can’t get much cooler. Hoping to make this a weekly hangout spot with more friends!
