Cold creek bbq was an awesome little bbq restaurant. It is a whole lot bigger on the inside than it looks. Just like most every bbq restaurant, they had the hard, wood chairs. So for me being a tall guy with no meat on my bones, (this place has got plenty of meat on their bones!) , so they were not very comfortable to me. Our server, Chantal (hope I spelled it right) was very helpful. My friend is allergic to mustard so she found out for us that only one of their sauces has mustard in it. A party of eight had gotten there just before my friend and I had. She came over and got our order first so we didn’t get behind 4 adults and 4 children. Our food came out pretty darn quick! Hot, fresh, and omg good! The mild bbq sauce was very good, but I am I am a hot head, so the hot bbq sauce was just perfect for me. My pork chop was so juicy, tender, had an excellent kick in the seasoning, and was Huge!. Same with the brisket. Juicy, about the perfect toughness, and had a great kick and taste. We didn’t even use the sauce, but tried them.I definitely recommend Cold Creek BBQ. Food was excellent. 5 stars. Service was excellent. 5 stars. Seating was only drawback. Just uncomfortable for me. 4 stars. COME EAT HERE!

Honestly the best BBQ around. The waitress on the floor the night we went was super helpful and very nice. This was me and my husbands first time and was not disappointed. I got the rib plate and my husband got the pulled pork plate and we both got a side of fries which was AMAZING. Will defiantly go back again. Very clean and friendly atmosphere.

This is the best BBQ I’ve had in the area in a very long time. I had a pulled pork platter with corn nuggets and fries, after an appetizer of fried cheese curds. Not the healthiest choice, but it was absolutely delicious. The spicy BBQ sauce was amazing. The location is off to the side and a bit tricky to find if you aren’t looking for it, but the visit is so very worth it.

Be aware, this place is now under new ownership. They are using much cheaper cuts of meat, and are incapable of using basic seasoning. Their most popular menu items have started disappearing from the menu and prices have risen. We’ve given the new owners three chances since they took over, and they’ve messed up every single order. We even had them read the order back to us before giving the food and they managed to mess it up. It’s a real shame, they’re gone from the best to the worst BBQ place in town.

We stopped here after we figured out that Jim and nicks was drive through only. Seriously this bbq is awesome. Everyone in our group of 11 loved it. Sauce was great and portions were perfect for the ladies. Men could have probably eaten 2 sandwiches. Fries were cooked to perfection. Their mustard sauce was so good and I’m still thinking about the corn nuggets. Service was ok…kind of slow but we still made it in and out pretty quickly for a group of 11. Go here!

I don’t hand out 5 star reviews. The pulled pork sandwich was perfect, fried okra delicious, arnold palmer refreshing, and service was excellent. Definitely going back!
Edit: I went again and tried their ribs – no good. Leaving the fast on pork ribs is a rookie mistake. The rest is still great though! And apparently the bar is open til 11pm, probably should mention that

Admittedly, we went mid-afternoon on a Saturday, so between shifts. And they were apparently participating in a local event off-site, so the kitchen staff was limited. Still, the service was slow, with many items unavailable, though no notice posted. We were their only patrons, so the server could easily have informed us of the limitations at time of seating. Worse, we could hear the kitchen staff yelling at each other in the main area, even hearing some comments on our order. I love their BBQ and have gone to Cold Creek at it’s prior Niceville locations since it began (back when it was Benny’s). This last visit, though, will likely be my last. Sad.

Did not have a non sweet sauce. Even the hot BBQ sauce was sweet. Brisket was good. Fries were one of Sysco better fries with the four coating making them crunch. Green beans we seasoned well. There was not any Cholula sauce or the like either. I will return, maybe with a sauce in tow, to try their other meats. Over all a good job!

Pretty darn good! They got it right. Just the right amount of smoke, seasoning, and moisture. They have good sauces, and great customer service. I had the pulled pork combo. The only issue was portion size. The sandwich left me wanting more for $8.47 + tip.

I’ll give them two stars because the quality of the pulled pork was actually good, and the waitress was helpful once we got one.
The portion of the food for the price is ridiculous, the ribs were dry, mac and cheese terrible. When we got a refill of sweet tea the glass was half full. Garlic bread was just a piece of bread with butter. They don’t even have bottles on the table with sauces. They give you small little to go containers. Banana pudding was too bright either. The only reason they got a two star is because the pulled pork and the service.
