The lady behind the counter seemed cold and slightly rude. She wasn’t friendly at all but the curry chicken I ordered tastes absolutely delicious and made up for it. Whoever’s is cooking is doing well with it. I would go back here in the future

People are friendly, Food is usually good, but tonight it wasn’t. The wonton soup had a metallic grease taste and the egg rolls were horrible. This is the first time I haven’t had a good meal. Not sure what is happening?

I called in, not realizing that they were closing in five minutes, they never said anything about it and took my order. I got there to pick up my order and saw their hours sign on the window and realized they closed a half hour ago, but they still took my order. Prices are very reasonable and they have my favorite crab Rangoon. Best crab Rangoon out of any Chinese restaurant in Belmont county in my opinion.

We were hesitant to try this after it reopened with new ownership because we heard a lot of negative reviews, but I think it’s amazing. The owners are very friendly, it’s fast and the only negative I have to say about anything we’ve had is that I wish the Mongolian beef had less onions and more beef, but it tastes amazing so not taking any stars away. The crab Rangoon is the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Great food I definitely recommend it. 5/5!!

I was semi skeptical at first because the building is so small and even more so once you step inside. But! Let me tell you the food is soooo good. I didn’t care for the egg rolls but as far as the combo dishes, they are delicious. We ordered szechuan shrimp w/ egg fried rice, beef and broccoli and also general tso’s chicken. None of us were disappointed with our choices and will definitely be going back.
I highly recommend this place if your looking for friendly, delicious, time friendly Chinese food.

Terrible food that was cold. I had the coconut chicken. Amd what made it worse I sat in their dirty restaurant and waited for them to prepare the food (thinking it would be super hot and fresh). What a disappointment! I don’t recommend anyone buy here until they get their systems worked out. They are advertising new ownership and new and improved menu.

I usually have a decent experience but this time I ordered over $60 worth of food. When I got home I found that two of my items worth over $12 was not there. I went back to get it and the lady argued with me and refused to give me my food. Refused! So I spent over $60 and barely got $50 worth of food. If you get take out take everything out of the box and check it before you leave.

Things were rocky for China One from 2020 onward, and I was starting to get worried that the only restaurant that doesn’t serve Midwestern county fair food within a 100 mile radius was done for.
HOWEVER, they’ve recently made a comeback and it’s NOTICEABLE. Fresh-tasting ingredients have replaced the freezer-burnt veggies, the meats are perfect every time and tender enough to cut with chopstick. And the egg rolls? They’re amazing. Everyone I know goes absolutely feral for China One’s egg rolls.
If you’re wondering about the crab rangoons, I can tell you that my car smells like an episode of Deadliest Catch when I get them, so rest assured that it’s definitely real crab. (Or be warned if you have an allergy and too much courage for your own good)
The owners are sweet and nice always, they’re truly beautiful people and I’m in love with my little noodle shop. China One has cemented itself as an oasis in an otherwise arid and desolate food desert.
