Haven’t even taken a sip of this half-filled latte. Food is pretty much room temp. Hash browns crusty. Womp womp. EDIT!! Went for the first sip and they didn’t even put the espresso in the frigging latte, dude.. what are we doing?

This is a good and bad review. I want to shout out to the 3 beautiful women who on Monday, December 8th had to work the drive thru, mobile orders and inside. Jen, Hailey and Rita deserve praise and a raise!!!! They were overwhelmed, stressed and very understaffed. They worked hard and still managed to smile at their customers. Here is the bad part. I blame corporate and who ever is in charge. I get it a worker can get sick and call out last minute. Things come up. Appointments, or it’s their day off, etc…. I get all that. I understand. There have been some changes in there too. Which is also okay. Though you did lose a very good worker and maybe more because of these changes. Natalia was one of the best. But that isn’t the point of what happened on December 8th. But here is what management and corporate management should allow and tell their staff to do when they are short handed. I have seen plenty of other Dunkin’s do this infact. Have cones and put the cones with a sign on the drive-thru temporarily closed due to short staff. PERIOD. Drive-thru can get very busy with their regulars. It’s only a temporary fix while they are short staffed. You can’t shut off the mobile app. Which I think it’s another thing they should be allowed to disable temporary. But it was mobile Monday. But at least if drive-thru was closed. Then they only have to deal with mobile and the people inside. Hey I got out of my cold car and had to wait way too long inside. I didn’t get food because they were overwhelmed. It’s not like drive-thru would be shutdown all day. Just during rush hour and/or until more staff if any came in. It should be MANDATORY and allowed. Because yesterday wasn’t fair to those wonderful women who DIDN’T COMPLAIN!!!!!! THEY ARE ROCK STARS. Shame on management.

The people on these reviews who have never worked a customer service job is driving me nuts. I just need to write a quick love letter to the crew who always treat me like I’m in on their thing – you ladies are AMAZING. Full stop. The best part of my workday is getting to stop at the drive thru and laugh with the staff. It’s always a “how are you, what are your plans this weekend, you’ll never guess the joke so-and-so just told!” I don’t know a single one of these crew members but I’d trust them with my life. I have never come across a team that works so well together, laughs together, and gets things DONE together. I have never had an order come out wrong, and sometimes when they’re busy they are on the BALL about double checking who’s order gets handed out the window (we’ve all been handed the wrong bag of food before – but they are so quick to notice mistakes, catch it before it changes hands, and fix it). I am so loyal to this location its not even funny. Even when that line goes out into the street. It is worth every time I have waited to make that left turn across Taunton Ave. You guys are the lighlight of my day, keep being amazing!!!

Disappointed all the time. I order my ice coffees and food and always get 4 caramel swirls and never get the amount I ask for. I get charged for extra for swirls and never get in my coffees. Something got to change! They need to pay more attention on making ice coffees especially when you want an ice coffee to start you day. Or just need to make my coffees from home and stop going to Dunkin!

This is the superior dunkin. Always friendly. Always patient when my six year is learning to order her bagel sandwich and pay for it with cash. We often bring our homeschool work here when the day gets long. Today they gave me the coolest Dunkin sticker that made me giggle on a hard morning.

Thank you for your patience and the joy you spread daily.

Since a new owner took over I can’t get a cup of coffee my way. I throw out more than I drink. Should have kept old help.

I’m not sure who I need to be speaking with but this Dunkin’ Donuts had messed up my order multiple times within the last few weeks and did not even give me my exact change today. I left the store without realizing and cannot get a hold of someone on the phone. This is frustrating especially when you’re in a rush.

I go inside and the green tea refresher is available so why not on doordash? I call the store, get no answer, I call again, they decline my call. This is horrible I work in a fast food establishment myself, that phone is to be answered, and if you have something available in store it should not be turned off for mobile orders. It’s also always empty and yet they still take 5-10 minutes to take h your order, and then another 15 to make it. This is not how you run a business.

I went today with my mom in law to get her a coffee and one of the employees was rude and mean. She even screamed at us cause I repeated the order. I told her not to scream at me since that is disrespectful. We are customers, and we went there saying please and thank you! I know about customer service and (customers and employees) really need to be always nice because you don’t want to treat any person bad. We are not people with a terrible attitude, and we are paying our money to get a decent customer service and quality products. Honestly, I’m not going to that place anymore.

The girls in the morning during the week are the absolute best!! The new weekend staff are horrible! The bagels are absolutely disgusting and taste old… the coffees are always wrong and it takes them forever to make just one, you’re in line for 15/20 min! And their attitudes are enough to make you want to throw your order at them.
