I went on into the HoneyBaked Ham on Roosevelt road in oakbrook Terrace today to try to pre-order some ham and turkey for November 23rd of 2025. There was a gray bearded man working in there? Who was so rude and dismissive of of me. He told me that I had to go online and order. That may be true, but that doesn’t excuse his complete rudeness. Okay, maybe I need to go online, but you don’t treat your potential customers like that. This guy should not be in any customer service position. Why even have a store if you’re going to be so rude and dismissive of your potential customers. This guy owes me and probably hundreds of other customers an apology. An absolutely disgusting human being

We had planned so much other food that all we wanted was a pound of sliced ham. I walked into the store two days before Thanksgiving and was on my way a few minutes later with what I wanted. The ham was excellent –every bite eaten, and the staff were so nice and friendly. We’ll be back for Christmas.

Ordered a ham a week ago for daughter’s Baptism. Went today to pick it up and called ahead to see if we could pick up earlier than the original time and they seemed very confused on the phone. On arrival, infant fell asleep in the car and I called while flashing outside the front doors to see if someone could bring it out to me as it had already been paid for online. Was yelled at on the phone for ordering a size of ham that they didn’t have in stock and needed to give me 2 halves. The employee rudely said there was no one to bring it out to me but she would check and would put me in hold, which ended with her hanging up the call instead of leaving me on hold. I waited a few minutes and when the food was brought out to the car, was yelled at by the employee as I opened my door that I am not allowed to ask to have the order brought out because they get in trouble for safety reasons. I stated that if they had told me that on the phone, I would have gone inside; I don’t know their store policies. Young lady was rude, confrontational and blamed me for her getting in trouble with her manager. I just spent $140 on ham, I don’t know your policies about car door delivery but know you offer it during the holidays like Easter and Christmas, but I don’t expect to be verbally assaulted by a worker after I pay for an item in your store. Store was also empty, no customers. Never again.

In the past I have ordered hams for the holidays. I never had a problem with them, All the hams were outstanding in taste. For the first time I ordered a turkey breast and was so disappointed. The turkey breast was overwhelmed by the flavor of the coating and made it very sweet. There was no true turkey flavor. We had leftovers and we end up throwing them out. Very disappointed, especially after spending a hefty price for it. I can’t remember being this disappointed from a company Ibtrust.
On another note, the ladies in the store, we’re both friendly and helpful.

Went to pick up my pre paid order, asked if I could spend more money and get a few pounds of turkey. The order is all baged up when the young lady at the counter goes to the back. Your clerks looked at each other. Where did she go??? Let me tell you, she went to the back to bag up something I didn’t order so I could give more of my money. Very disappointed I count on you….
