I typically set my order for me to pickup my order at the Subway at the college through the app. Somehow, it got transferred to this one, I wasn’t paying attention to the switch up, because typically it’s set to favorite pickup spot, so I didn’t give it second thought it would take me elsewhere. Anyways, after I didn’t realize, that has happened until I went to the college and they said they didn’t have my order. I called this location and told them I would like to cancel; instead of just saying sorry, they basically told me to be more careful, it would be considered a waste and hung up abruptly. Then, took more money out of my card, had I known it was practically robbery for a simple mistake, I’d be more cautious. I’m never going to this one if I was set on fire and needed water.

The last four times I’ve ordered a sandwich from this place, the bread has been stale, in multiple cases to the point of being impossible to bite through or even cut with a bread knife. When I order things like bacon, which are kept cold and for health reasons REQUIRE heating before putting on a sandwich, the sandwich I recieve is COLD and even when I ask for the sandwich to be toasted what I recieve is lukewarm and clearly undercooked. The last sandwich I recieved was crushed to being half its normal size on one end. Absolutely unacceptable and whoever manages this place is not doing their job. Ordered four sandwiches in a row that could not be eaten at all. Over 30$ gone entirely to waste. Ridiculous.

Would just like to say we got our order from Sheffield Subway and this is a joke. Our subs were on what looks like bread sticks width wise. Making a foot long about the size a 6 inch is normally. Is this a joke or what is happening here? Also the Buffalo sauce was super spicy, but like no Buffalo flavor and red more like sriracha, but gross. Definitely not Buffalo.

I was up there last night to get dinner and sat in the parking lot an ordered on my app. when it was done I pulled up to the curb to pick it up an the man in the store said that it was done when I came in to pick it up. I said i was sitting at the curb. The app said DIne or carry out. I put on the app pick up. And he would not carry it out to the curb. I am handicapped and had to walk in an get my order. I often use coupons there . But I had a bad experience last night. The food is good the service is not the best. All but the bread was tough and hard to chew.

We took our lunch here today while enroute home. It’s a clean facility, bright and fresh. Associates are professional and very efficient. They were fast in taking and getting the orders. Cleaning up crew was fast and clean too. We enjoyed our lunch.

My boyfriend and I stopped in on a Saturday night, and the entire time they were making our order, a male employee was eyeing me up and quite literally drooling. He was wiping his mouth with his gloved hands and then walking to the back before coming back up to continue working on our order. He seemed very angry and aggressive, almost like he was having some sort of mental breakdown. Towards the end of his making our order, he was slamming the subs on the counter and throwing the knives into the condiments, making everyone in the building uncomfortable. There were children present too, watching him act this way. We wanted to leave and go somewhere else but didn’t want to waste the time of the people standing in line behind us or the other employees who were also visibly uncomfortable. I will genuinely never go back and it sets a very bad taste in my mouth since I’m not from the area.

Went to this location since my local subway opens later than the others, well I showed up and the subs were ready to go. They were done just like how I made it on the app and they wrapped all 3 of my subs very well, and I was surprised on how clean and modern this subway looked compared to others. The staff were very nice and I would recommend this location to anyone!
