Absolutely horrible. I will never order from this place again. They delivered an incomplete order. The DoorDash guy handed me the pizza and took off. When I called him he never picked up his phone or answer my text. I called the store. They were not willing to do anything about it. The manager offered to make it up next time. I told her I paid for the complete order. She didn’t really care. There was nothing she was willing to do. I ended hanging up on her.

I was craving Papa John’s and tried the Perrysburg location, but the quality was nothing like what I remember. The sauce tasted overwhelmingly of oregano, the crust was thin and undercooked, and there wasn’t enough cheese—some spots had none at all. Toppings were sparse, with tiny slivers of peppers, onions, and barely any olives. This is not the Papa John’s quality I’m used to. Management should really take a look at what’s happening in the kitchen.

We LOVE Papa John’s. This is our home site and usually pretty good. The last two times we have ordered, we have had quality issues. This time, on top of the quality issues, they have us someone else’s pizza instead of our cheese sticks?? The quality here has definitely fallen off. Might not be back for a while.

I have ordered pickup from here multiple times. My orders have always been prepared very quickly. The pizza here tastes great and my orders have always been prepared correctly. Overall, this Papa John’s is a great spot to get pizza!

What truly stood out was the kindness and excellent service from the employees working the closing shift on 1/11/2025—thank you for the compassion you showed my husband. It goes to show there are still some good people on this Earth, and it takes but a second to show kindness.

Thought we would try papa John’s for a change since we hadn’t had it in many years. Now I remember why we hadn’t. We ordered it well done and it came UNDER cooked. Tried to call the store to make the complaint and they put me on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up and put the pizza in my oven. Sad that it was this bad. Will never order from there again!!

I moved away 4 years ago and I’m in a small town where the pizza no matter where you go is awful. I was in the area for work and had missed papa John’s stopped and this location did not disappoint. Good service at pick up and I order about 45 mins before closing. Pizza was perfectly made and location was very clean.

I’m not typically one to review, but my most recent experience with this establishment forced me to break the rule. After receiving the order, I had been given the wrong pizza at which point, I called and was told that the driver would be coming back around with my correct order as the driver had likely given me the wrong order. This was impossible because the wrong pizza was in the box with my address, but I digress. 80 minutes pass. The order never arrives. I call back to speak to the same manager that told me my order would be coming around in a few minutes. At this point, said manager tells me that the driver was “pretty sure he dropped off the right order at my house, but I can have a quality guarantee and my next pizza free.” I ask where my order is, he tells me I could use my free pizza now…no, I want the pizza I paid for; the additional pizza should be given at a later date following this cluster of an experience, he continues the runaround that I must be lying (because a supreme pizza is apparently the same as a pepperoni pizza in his mind) to which point I tell him if he would have actually sent the driver to my house, he would have seen the error upon opening the box THAT I SAT ON MY PORCH in waiting for an arrival that never came. So, I was then forced to use my free pizza that I was entitled to on an order that I had already paid for. The mental gymnastics that a manager must be using for this logic is quite extraordinary.
So, to summarize. I received the wrong order, was told my order was coming back around, waited an additional 80 minutes and was then called a liar, but then apologized to profusely after they actually did the job and saw their error, but was forced to use a free pizza on an order I paid for that was incorrect while the establishment contended I was lying until the final moment. Truly incredible customer service.
