Good place, if you’re looking for more variety of beer options this is the place, all types of clientele and good atmosphere most of the time. Terry at the bar did a good job and was very knowledgeable about the beer menu, large bar and lot of high chair tables, good set up of screens at the bar plus pool tables, I would recommend it.

I’ve been drinking at this bar since I was a wee lad (Legally). I’ve always loved the draft punk vibe I got from the place. 80s music, alternative, and a great jukebox. The pool table is cool, and if you’re a smoker, it’s smoker-friendly. The crowd changes occasionally, so you might get one group one day and another a different day. I will say the bathrooms are the worst in the county. I really wish they would update the men’s room. I feel like I’m in an old, condemned prison every time I use the bathroom. Other than that, I love this bar. *edit* it’s impressive to me how much influence a single person can have on the vibe of an establishment… I’ve been drinking here for 15 years. The people? Great. The tattooed angry bartender that can’t handle twelve people at a bar?* terrible. I’ll always return to yinz, but I’ll avoid the woman with a bad attitude. And to be honest, a little kindness goes a long way. That lady is mean. Still, though, the draft house will endure. She’s just a passing fancy. Lots of love for Yinz. (The draft house).

Iv been in town for about 5 years love your place. Recently iv been buying a 6 pack and bouncing . Last couple times the beer tastes like perfume, an today the beer smells like nasty cigarettes an poo. I’m an advid smoker an I know this ant right. Please fix this problem. We are not your dumping ground.

This is the best place to go to for great food, great spirits and even better bartenders. I love the atmosphere here, it draws a good crowd of nice and friendly customers. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for good place to unwind after a hard day a work, The Draft House is the place to be.

THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR POC!!!!
On October 30th, 2021, my boyfriend, his female cousin & I all attended this bar for literally 5-10 minutes (we had enough time to use the restroom – that had a line at that – and purchase one drink each) before being attacked by the bar owner. I was five or six weeks pregnant so I was completely sober and fully aware of what was going on; just attending to witness the Halloween contest. My boyfriend & his cousin were just starting the night, barely one drink in.
The owner was belligerent drunk, racially profiled my black boyfriend as another unrelated black man that was there prior to us attending the bar. He screamed across the bar “ GET OUT OF MY BAR” in my boyfriend’s direction & charged across the bar & attacked my boyfriend. In the process the owner knocked over severable tables and glass bottles; causing a piece of glass to lodge into my boyfriend‘s cousins eye which multiple medical procedures were required afterwards to treat.
There was one white male out of the crowd of people that stepped in to try to help my boyfriend and multiple people from the crowd ripped him off and pinned him down; you can see him being ripped away in a headlock in the photos as well. After this, it all seemed like a set up.
When the police came, he claimed they had no camera’s and honestly, the Monaca police instantly assumed we were the problem, didn’t investigate anything & went with it despite obvious camera’s.
This whole traumatic experience is a reoccurring issue throughout all parts of America & despite no justice being served, we are grateful in our situation, we came out alive. It’s our job to let the next People of Color know ahead of time the danger in attending MONACA DRAFT HOUSE located in MONACA, PA in addition to the knowledge that the MONACA POLICE FORCE enable this behavior in the establishments within this town that they swore to protect the peace in.

I gave this place a 2nd chance, and glad I did. My wife got chicken planks and fries, while I got the fried pierogies. A complete 180 from our last visit! Very happy with our food, and the bartender has been great! Will be coming back
Took forever to get service, and when we finally ordered food, it took over an hour to get it. Once it finally came out, it couldn’t even be eaten. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1, was the bartender apologized and took the food off of our tab.

I love small neighborhood bars. The people that go there regularly are cool people. Always have a nice time. No trouble from young rascals lol. Good variety of music and different ages of customers. And I’ve never smelled anything so idk what that chick was talking about. Check it out!
