I placed an online order for carryout and due to the extremely cold temperatures, my battery was dead. I called the location and was greeted by Robyn (sp?) who immediately and competently took care of all the details to change the order to delivery. Despite the heavy volume of orders and other presses on her time, she was quick, friendly, efficient and had a calming don’t worry, we’ll take care of you attitude. She is exactly what you want in a customer service organization. Also, the order arrived within 30 minutes and it was piping hot. Congratulations and recognition due to the entire location, but in particular, Robyn. Job well done!

The first time I came here I ordered wings; very small and lightly sauced. I gave them another shot and ordered a large premium pizza with the cheese in the crust. I get all the way home to find out that they gave me the wrong pizza. It was basically all bread. Horrible. I decided to just delete the hungry howies app and move on with my life. I’ll never go back to any location.

All three times I’ve ordered pizza, I’ve received it over cooked despite asking for normal cooked on the app.
The first time, I thought nothing of it.. It’s whatever, it happens sometimes.
The second time, I was a little upset as this has already happened once before. I did leave a review through the email, then reached out. But that was that.
The third time, I decided I would be done ordering from there. I also reached out, they said they would make it better next time..
I have ordered from both the Saline location and Milan location with no issues. So I’m not sure if this is an oven issue on Dundees part.
Did I eat my pizza each time? Yes.
Was I happy? No.
Will I order from there again after 3 over cooked pizzas? No.
