Negative experience for sure came in on a Sunday Night down to check it out. Us and a few other tables, asked the server a guy in a Dallas cowboy jersey – what the specials are snapped back at us and asked what we liked to drink then quickly oh yall on a budget and then – for our ids. We’re a group of servers/bartenders looking for something chill not difficult. Will most likely not be back.

First off, I love good food, and simple goes hard when done with love. “El Chavo del Ocho is only a ham sandwich” is blasphemy. This thick sliced hot ham with a smothering of melted cheese, over fresh avocado, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo on a buttery pan Blanco is superb.
Pat behind the bar keeps the good times rolling with great combo deals. Where else you gonna find a pint of Guinness with a shot of Jameson for seven bucks all in? Only at Vecinos. Check it out, my friends. Good times, great price.

This was our first time here. The bartender/ guy who checked our IDs didn’t seem familiar with the menu and couldn’t explain the specials. Asking about specials is normal, but his comment asking if we were “on a budget” made us feel uncomfortable and judged. I also ordered a High Noon that never arrived. The only positive part was the female bartender, she was super nice and she checked on us, who was kind and helpful. Overall, the service wasn’t welcoming, and we won’t be returning. We’re all bartenders/ servers or managers and we understand, but definitely not coming to this place again.

Ivy was our bartender! She was very attentive and always had our drinks filled. I highly recommend checking this place out open 7am-2am during the weekdays.
