I just tried to order from the Kent store and was denied a delivery by someone claiming to be a manager. I live in Brimfield. They have been posting that they are expanding to Brimfield and to call in and they will deliver. I’ve had them deliver here plenty of times. I was denied and asked to speak to a manager. They didn’t put me on hold and I heard them say “he wants to cry to someone else. Wahh wahh wahh”. If they were a manager then they shouldn’t be talking about customers like that and they shouldn’t advertise they are delivering to brimfield when they aren’t

I had come to pick up my food, and the wind had immediately swept my wings off the top of my box as soon as I left the door. I picked them up, came inside and threw them away in store and the lady that handed me my food said there’s nothing to do about it and that “I’m liable as soon as it touches my hands” which is very poor customer service considering they’re just $7 wings. Will not be ordering here in the future and I will advocate against this location

I walked in and was greeted by this older worker mopping at 12:55am on July 24th going onto July 25th 2025 and all I said was I had a pickup order and he responded “I don’t know why your talking to me” (literally)
