Ordered a veggie sub in the app. Black olives not available. Okay, order anyway. Bring my sandwich home, it’s also missing tomatoes. And the ingredients there? Not the “more” I requested. No way to give feedback in the app I could find. Super disappointed. Will be trying other locations next time.

The gal who put the veggies on my order had her hair hanging directly over and nearly on my sandwich. I mentioned my concern that her hair is loose and hanging over my food, so she flipped her hair back with her hands. Gross and disgusting. Minutes later, I noticed her long hair dangling over the counter again. I would not revisit this place.

It was very busy at 7 pm, was a long line but the 3 young gentleman working did an awesome job. It was the one guys 1st day, one guy was really new, and the third guy was experienced. None of them let the rush affect how they did their job or their mood. I was very impressed with them and will definitely go back there again.

My chicken was half frozen. The girl working was more interested in fraternizing with the people in the store and showing off her dance moves than making my food. I know it’s hard to find good help,but the hiring manager should have done a better job at screening applicants…..
