First time trying Freddy’s! My go to is whataburger! Once I got there, no greeting just “order when you’re ready”! No enthusiasm or empathy! Finally got to the window. Very plain and basic interaction. Once I got home and saw what I got $11.14!!! The burger was good, but not worth the price!

We ordered food to go and ate it at home, the food was fresh and absolutely delicious. We didn’t have any problems ordering online and it was super fast and easy to go and pick it up. The food is reasonably priced and you get a good sized portion compared to other fast food restaurants. I will definitely be returning!

When I go into a restaurant, especially one of my favorites, it’s got to be clean. Just all the time. Full stop. Not optional. If things are dirty, what’s going on in the kitchen. Employees need to have some self respect and take some pride in themselves. They have to be clean and have haircuts and shaves or wear those stupid nets. It’s my food! Even after I told the woman there how disappointed I was that the custard machine looked gross, she didn’t clean it or get anyone to clean it. So I didn’t get my custard. I wish I didn’t get my burger either. It was covered in salt and the bacon was barely cooked. The bathroom paper towel dispenser literally dispenser the towels into a full trashcan. So you clean your hands an dry them with a filthy towel. Yuk.

Yesterday after a long day of work I stopped by Freddys drive thru for some dinner, and was so amazed by Carlas sweet and genuine customer service. She took her time to make sure our order was perfect, double-checking everything and even offering extra sauces. She truly went out of her way, to make us feel cared for. Absolutely the best Freddy’s to go to! My family and I come here often. My daughter wanted to have her 10th birthday there so we did yesterday and the staff and manager were amazingly helpful and so friendly. Everything turned out great, some of my guest never been to Freddy’s and they loved it.

My boyfriend and I ate here for the first time, and we weren’t expecting much – BUT we ended up LOVING the food here. It was smash-burger styled, and the burgers were so flavorful. We both got the California Style burger with fries. Chefs kiss ✨️ Definitely recommend. It also doesn’t break the bank – we both got large combos and the total was $23. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Well finally got the chance to try this place. I got to give it to them the burgers are good. People are right the patties are thin, but not paper thin. The seasoning they put is good and on point. The fries are not your typical fries but man are they good.
The reason for the 4 stars is the fries were room temperature near being cold.
I can see myself ordering again from here again. The wait was rather long and there were like 5 cars in front. Hopefully with time they will get things right.

I strongly recommend to come and visit Haley the manager here at Freddy’s steakburgers,. She was fast, friendly and awesome service by her staff and. my meal was very delicious. Make sure to try your fries with the jalapeño fries sauce. Thank you Haley for taking your time, you sure know how to run the business.I will sure come back plenty of times.
