Food was nothing to rave about. My husband had vegetable beef soup which he said had little flavor. We both had Swiss Mushroom Burgers. Just a frozen patty with mushrooms and swiss cheese. Came with nothing -no chips, no pickles. Ordered a side of fries, which I will say was pretty good, but small portion. Staff could use some customer service training! This is the first time we went there and it will be our last.

Considering I am pretty much one of those “homeless vagabond derelict” types on the surface-
Good food, patient staff-at least to & for me, & I think this breakfast & #coffee will stick the next wintry 10+ miles better than fast food & convenience store calories would.
I came in a bit rough. Thank you, & a certain wise patron, for reminding me I needed to #BeKind myself.
Blanket judgement of others is a two way street.
I had metaphorical crow with my meal today.
And I much needed it.

Average Mom and Pop restaurant. If you order the special you can’t switch the sides. Food was good. Waitress was friendly. Bathroom was clean.

Overpriced and under portioned. Staff acts bothered to do their job when you order food with plenty of sighs and slams audible from the phone. That is if they don’t purposely let it set off the hook all afternoon so they dont have to take orders.

Service was okay she didn’t even notice us come in I went up and grabbed menus and told her we were there and then she still waited on another couple that came in after us to get their drinks and stuff this is not my experience I used to be the Chef at the wheel inn and never had this kind of experience with service there but yeah anyway all the food was good the only difference was the Buffalo chips were cut pretty thick this time that was the main reason we went there we were just up that way visiting.
But we will be back.
