The young employees are very polite and respectful. Some of the older employees aren’t as enthusiastic. They just renovated inside and it looks great. Basically the exact same layout just remodeled. Donuts are sweet, coffee is hot unless it isn’t. Very convenient location if you’re walking and shopping in Southold. They do their best at keeping it clean inside.

Very kind staff. There is this offer to get a free medium coffee and I had to set it up on my phone. I did it set it up, as I was navigating the app the man who works there said, “if you can’t find it I will give you the medium coffee free anyway, I have no problem with you (smiled).” I let him know he doesn’t have to do that and that I would rather use it in my next visit. The food is good and the service was perfect. I don’t know the man’s name but he was very kind and respectful during my visit. I had to put in a good view.

This Dunkin is always clean. I’d say they are very fast too. Some employees aren’t as fast as others and still the rush hour times but they move quickly and without mistakes. Been coming for years and if I don’t buy a donut the employees will typically give a munchkin to my children. Great location and great atmosphere.

I’ve given this Dunkin many chances. The stale donuts in the early am like others have said is true. The place opens at 0600 with no fresh donuts anywhere. Today was the last straw. Place mobile order after 0700 for a coffee and a couple of pumpkin donuts (it’s that time of year,duh) and they didn’t have any. I will travel another 20 miles to Jamesport from now on or better yet make my own coffee at home.

Sometimes I buy a dozen for the office on Sunday mornings. Sadly, they choose to sell old donuts, so today a third of the order were stale. I called to complain and they offered to replace them, but I’d already driven 40 minutes. Not the first time this has happened and I’m not going back. I’m sure they’re trying to maximize revenue but it’s coming at the expense of goodwill as they continue to pivot towards menu items.

Went to this Dunkin’ during a Day Trip to the North Fork and it was amazing! Service was speedy and the Kiwi Watermelon Refresher I got from there was the best one I’ve ever had!

Not good.
Went here only ONCE. Egg sandwich looks and tasted like it was made the day before. No, the MORNING before I was unfortunately given it.
I highly recommend you either go somewhere else or starve before trying this place for a breakfast sandwich.

It’s really upsetting to order a drink for the caffeine, and get a cup filled with ice and cream. A splash does not lighten up a cold brew! When one is paying so much for a coffee, it would be nice not to be ignored when asking for a splash of cream and several sweeteners.
