Ordered Pad Thai from DoorDash. Our delivery driver was great and had excellent communication. Now let’s get to the food. They took forever to make one order of Pad Thai with Shrimp. Paid $2 extra to have shrimp instead of chicken or beef. They took forever to make the order. Took almost 50 minutes to make one order before my delivery driver could pick it up. She waited more than a half an hour at the restaurant just to pick it up to be delivered. Now, the food gets delivered. I open the box an it is literally rice noodles in sauce with some crushed peanuts on it, about 7 bean sprouts, and only 5 little shrimp in the whole dish (seriously only 5!). No green onion, no shredded carrots, no peppers, no limes garnishes and no sauce or any kind of garnishes in the bag. Pathetic. Picture attached. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I feel sorry for the DoorDash girl. Totally not her fault and what a waste of her time to have to sit and wait so log when the app said 28 minutes for delivery. Probably and hour and 10 minutes from order to delivery.

I ordered food from UBER EATS from a restaurant called Tuk Tuk Thai in Sawtelle Ave LA. Turns out the driver collected food from here. Based on the distance and the reviews it is no surprise that the food was cold. The pad Thai was sweet. Ended up wasting most of it. The uber eats driver who collected my order also confirmed that this was just a kitchen and not a restaurant to begin with. This raises many safety concerns and I have raised this with Uber.

I ordered off Uber eats and the place is under the name of “pad Thai guy”. My food (chicken pad Thai) looked nothing like the picture they uploaded. It was supposed to come with shredded carrots, beans sprouts, and it was nowhere to be seen. The only thing present with 3 slivers of green onion. Like I mentioned, I ordered a CHICKEN pad Thai, I only got one thin piece of chicken . I found it weird so I came on here to see what I could find abt the place and it turns out it’s not even under the same name. Waste of time and money.

HEADS UP! I ordered the green curry chicken and the panang curry chicken with my girlfriend through post mates, and when we got the order it was all curry and maybe 2-3 pieces of chicken shreds, basically none of the advertised ingredients, just curry and very little chicken, but this wasnt the issue, the issue is a little more serious in my opinion. This place has horrible reviews on YELP which line up with my girlfriend and I’s experience last night and furthermore, we’ve both been dealing with symptoms of food poisoning all day as of the very next morning.

Sold me ROTTEN FOOD!!! Avoid at all costs, there was mold on the packaging and the entire dish smelled like the mold. Must’ve been prepared a week ago, this place is trying to poison people it seems, in addition to the food being incredibly mediocre to unhealthy anyway.

This location with different “restaurants” within is horrible especially when ordering delivery. The delivery drivers cancel when they find out they have to pick up from this place. The service to pick up food is horrible so expect angry delivery drivers to show up to your house after dealing with their service.. I will put pictures up soon with details..
