This was a wonderful experience! The waiter was very nice and helped us find what we wanted. I asked about spicy rolls and he explained the differences. Buy 2 get 1 free special rolls was a good deal! My wife and I have some extra to take home to the kids. The stuffed jalapeños were an appetizer but I could have just eaten a dozen of them! We will definitely be going back!

Absolutely amazing experience at Sushi Nami! From the moment we sat down, our server Emily made us feel right at home—she was knowledgeable, attentive, and so friendly. The food was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My husband, who is basically a sushi expert, said it’s the best sushi bar we’ve ever been to—and I agree!
The Texarkana Roll was my personal favorite—perfect for anyone like me who isn’t crazy about the strong seaweed flavor in some traditional rolls. We seriously can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

2 of us order the all you can eat plus a bottle of sake. First round of appetizers and rolls were great. Ordered 2 shrimp tempura and 1 volcano roll. Served 2 shrimp tempura rolls and a volcano roll. Stated a delivery that this was not what was ordered. Server disagreed. The volcano roll was terrible. The shrimp tempura rolls were chewy and plain. Ate most of the shrimp out of the tempura roll. Came time to checkout and told that we would be charged for the remaining shrimp tempura roll that was not ordered as a surcharge to the AYCE. Discussed with manger that this was not what was ordered as well as the poor quality. Surcharge still placed. Won’t be back. FYI the Sushi Namj in Lubbock is excellent and would highly recommend.

This place is fabulous! The food was all absolutely delicious, the service was top notch and the restaurant is beautiful. We got the AYCE Valentines Day special and we had a great time, enjoyed the delicious food and loved the sweet gift and dessert! We will definitely be back!

Haven’t had a chance to go there until today, will definitely be back soon! Very informative staff, amazing food and great atmosphere. The oysters were fresh! Didn’t take a photo, but the fried calamari had a great crunch and was not tough and chewy like other places this far inland!

OH MY GOD. There was a young German cockroach that crawled across my table during my meal. This was the single most disgusting thing that has ever happened to me at a restaurant AND I WAS ONLY OFFERED A “SORRY ABOUT THAT” WHAT THE HECK!!!?!??! The bathrooms were also FILTHY with human waste on the walls, urine and feces floating in the plunger holder and a smell of such throughout. I will never be back.

We were greeted with a smile. We stated we had never been there and our waitress was quick to give us friendly advice. When they sit you, they give you a sheet of paper (Kitchen (Front) & Sushi (Back)). You go down the list check which you’d like then give it to your server. While you wait for your order they have an open food bar with different options to eat. It was a great experience and I will choose this place every time we come to Texarkana!

The best bang for your buck when it comes to sushi. $29.99 for dinner buffet. Considering how expensive sushi is at other locations for just one roll, this is a great deal. The quality is exceptional and the waitress was super attentive. It wasn’t that busy on a Sunday night and I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

This is the best sushi restaurant in Texarkana!
My wife and I came here for a pre-Christmas date and we were pleasantly surprised by the food, atmosphere, and staff.
I will start off by saying that we ordered off the menu and did not purchase the All You Can Eat package.
Left to right: Yellowtail Sashimi, Nami Roll, Volcano Roll, Phoenix Roll.
Not shown: 2x Miso Soup, Takoyaki
The miso soups were very flavorful and the takoyaki were the perfect appetizer to start the evening.
The Yellowtail was extremely smooth and delicious.
Nami Roll was our fan favorite, absolutely amazing!
Volcano Roll was amazing, especially if you love shrimp tempura and spicy salmon. The roe was very plump and juicy.
Phoenix Roll also delicious, but had some small bones in it. No complaints since its fairly difficult to debone an eel completely!
Overall, my wife and I rate the experience 10/10 and will absolutely come by again!
We think we may try out the AYCE next time
Edit: We came back the next day for the AYCE Buffet option.
