So this place is awful. The rice was hard. The bourbon chicken was dry and stringy. We did get shrimp lo mein and it was OK but not really and me and my children unfortunately have been on the toilet since we got it so it’s not been a fun visit it was a little boy at the counter running it taking our money he told me my total was $33 and some change end up charging me 40 so I have to go back in there and deal with that When I’m feeling better I will definitely never go there again that’s for sure. I was really excited to try them and they very much so disappointed and their wasn’t anybody in the restaurant and it looked like there’s only one order up so I don’t understand why the food just wasn’t enjoyable whatsoever

Food is always fresh and yummy for me. The lady and her son are kind respectful people. They even let you know if they are running behind due to a lot of orders coming and ask how they can accommodate you. Will recommend this place!

Kid that answers the phone was rude and in a hurry! Food was absolutely disgusting!!!! Crispy shrimp and scallops had absolutely NO FLAVOR and was rubbery not at all crispy. Wife got General Tsos, couldn’t get through 2 bites. Never ever again would I get food from this place!!!

Food was okay. We’ve had way better. Food also wasn’t made right. We ordered 4 combo platters with pork fried rice, 3 with no vegetables. We got plain rice. Rice had no flavor. Boneless ribs had a weird taste to them. Biggest reason I’ll never order again was because the delivery driver pretty much refused to give me our order until I gave a tip. Like refused to hand over the box with my order in it. I felt forced to give a tip.

I ordered everything online and got an email confirmation with what we ordered and estimated ready time. Everything was done at the time estimated. All the food was really good! The white rice was cooked perfectly. I can’t really give them a rating on the atmosphere since it was under Reno, but the kitchen was up and running. This is my new favorite take out spot.

We have been ordering from Mandarin Wok for a couple years and they have been hit or miss, depending on the day. So we ordered again and this time it was good. But while we were eating my husband went to eat a bite of rice and found a cockroach.
We called and they wanted us to send a picture, so we did, and then they asked us to pack up the food, and they came back to the house to pick it all up.
We ordered from the Beyond Menu app so Mandarin Wok cancelled the order from the app for us. Beyond Menu hadn’t pulled out the money yet so we did receive our “refund”.
Bummer that this happened. Hope they get their kitchen cleaned and up to code for others but we unfortunately won’t be going back.

This is our second time ordering delivery here. Takes about 20-25 min to come even when they state 45-55. Our food always comes piping hot and tastes so good. Today I had shrimp egg foo young. The seasonings are superb. It boasted peas and carrots as well as onions in the egg. Delight in every bite with a side of brown sauce to add to my delicious meal. Thank you Mandarin wok..we will continue to order from here.

Food was just bad. No flavor and full of uncooked veggies. Very little meat in my kung pao chicken. 10% chicken 90% celery. Had a literal child running the front desk and phone, which just seems wrong. Let them be a kid, not free labor.

Worst Chinese I ever had, no flavor , greasy , chicken was tough to chew , my favorite part was throwing it away. You are better off eating a frozen dinner trust me. This is the type of food they serve in jail.
