this subway follows it’s posted business hours, unlike the one down the road in madison that closes half an hour earlier than the times on their store front display.
i prefer how quiet or “standoffish” the staff is. who cares. i am not sensitive. just hungry. anywho, we went in late, store was very clean, fast prep. not a lot of words from
the man making our subs, whom i presume is the owner. i don’t mind at all. he was very kind. subs were awesome. thanks.

Terrible service. I was refused my coupon right after my FEMALE friend was allowed to use the same coupon I had. Obviously the guy working did her a favor based on her gender! Would not recommend. Could barely even understand the guy working and he refused to tell me how to co text the manager! Will not return.

I feel badly about leaving what I view as a negative review, but at best this Subway was slightly below average. Even though mediocrity is commonplace, it should not be rewarded with silence, let alone praise. The server gave a lackluster performance (she is lucky to still have a job) and the food was average and a little skimpier than I remember it being several years ago at another Subway. The place wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t exceptionally clean. Sorry, but ya’ll can do better.

Ordered a hot shot Italiano and a turkey sub. Both were supposed to have cheese, extra tomatoes and the bread was supposed to be extra toasted. Received none of these things.

Walked in and waited a good 5-7 minutes before someone decided to walk out to serve me and my family. On top of that 3 other people walked into the store waiting as well. Ladies were okay, not a great atmosphere because it seemed like they didn’t even want to be there. I got 3 foot longs and 2 of them were burnt, 1 was a footlong and we asked for easy buffalo sauce, but it was disgustingly flooded and making the sandwich saucy. We had to ask for a ranch cup to dye it down. We did eat in and ate what was given to us because they were in the bath after people left. I spend $49.99 on burnt, overly sauced sandwiches, on top of that the girls speaking to us in and unfriendly manner.

We have purchased from this Subway off and on for sometime and usually they get it right. This time, no. I ordered 2 #11 Clubs and one #13 Ital which was okay. One of the Clubs was correct but the second, it had the correct additions but instead of the correct Club meats on it, they added chicken teriyaki which was tough and not all that great. As for the breads, they were correct but all were so tough we had to tear the breads to eat them. This was the most frustrating visit we’ve had. I called and requested a call back which, after a week, I’ve not received. I have filed a complaint. We’ll see if anything comes of it. We’ll not be back.

Myself and an employee of mine stopped in this location today to grab an early lunch and we were both pleased that we did. We both travel a lot for work and stop into a Subway at least once a week. As we enjoyed our meal we started discussing just how great it really was. IT WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST either of us had ever had from Subway and that says a lot. We were so delighted that we gave a $10 tip to each of the sandwich artists that made our sandwiches because they were just that darn good. I wish I could remember either of their names because I would like to have shouted them out on here. I do remember that one of them said they were the store manager. You delighted this customer. Thank you!
If we are ever in the area again we most certainly will stop in to grab lunch from this location.

I paid $9.00 for a bowl of sandwich toppings masquerading as a salad. The bonus was that the bowl was less than half full. I would have gotten more “salad” if I bought a sub and threw away the bread.

Great service and always fresh and delicious subs. Sarah and her team are great. Cassandra is very friendly and professional as well. They always ask for a feedback and if they can add anything to the orders. Workers are thoughtful, mindful and overall really nice. Subway has been always my favourite healthy meals options to go. It’s always good anywhere in the world.
