I recently visited Pita Way and unfortunately my experience was just average at best. The chicken was very dry and had several unchewable pieces, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. They were also pretty skimpy with the toppings, which was disappointing considering that’s a big part of what makes a bowl or wrap good. On top of that, the rice was cold. Overall, it wasn’t the quality I was expecting and I hope they improve their consistency.

This was my 1st visit. My son raves about it so I thought I would try it. The food was good (had the curry bowl -generous protein portions) but what prompted the review was the customer service. It really stood out compared to similar restaurants (fast/casual). Every employee was super friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to be kind. It did not seem fake. Well trained in interacting with customers.

Great food overall, fresh ingredients, all prepared right in front of your eyes. BUT, (and thats a big but) a big deterrent for me is their prices. Their prices are absolutely ridiculous. 15 dollars for a base bowl is outrageous. The other day I went in, got a bowl with double chicken and a drink. Thats it. Simple lunch, nothing extra. Excited to eat, go to checkout to find that my bill was 25 DOLLARS. Are you serious? Why in the world am I being charged 4 dollars for extra chicken!?!?!?! They are charging sit down restaurant prices for fast food. If you were to get a bowl with double chicken, fries, and a drink you would be easily looking at paying 30-32 dollars FOR ONE PERSON. Another huge thing for me is their reward system. When you have a reward system there, every dollar you spend is equivalent to 1 point. Oh yea I know thats highway robbery, yet I didn’t even get to the worst part. To redeem a free bowl you need 310 POINTS. You’re telling me that I need to spend 310 DOLLARS FOR A FREE BOWL. They recently raised it too, it used to be 225 points for a free bowl (still absolutely outrageous) to now 310 points. Never seen a worse reward system in my life, at that point it doesn’t even function as an incentive for customers to come back, its a deterrent. I don’t like to compare at all but, there are a lot of places in this area with the same quality food for way cheaper. Its insane how they price gouge at every step of the way.

Great spot!
I came in on a Monday when I found out they had a 10$ dark chicken meat bowl deal (normally around 14-15$).
I appreciate that everything is fresh and the test shows. They had recently run out so they were making a fresh batch of chicken, took them about 10 minutes.
I loved all the sauces and sides from hummus to white sauce to veggies and pickles.
Quick. Easy. Convenient.

I don’t always review, the food is good but… as a regular at this location, $3.50 for a “side of Fries” and $1 for a dipping sauce sounds ridiculous. This was the side of fries I picked up a total of $5. At a time where a lot people are struggling with rising costs at least make it worth it. I’ll stick to the wraps only moving forward.

Fresh, healthy and flavorful food! I got a rice bowl with falafels, a variety of fresh and pickled vegetables and tahini dressing.
Warm and friendly six stars services. I’m visiting the area and it was my first time there. The staff and owner were so patient and very thoughtful!

Pita Way offers a delightful dining experience with its use of fresh ingredients, ensuring a burst of flavors in every bite.
While the menu showcases quality, the price point may be considered a bit high.
An appreciated touch is the default “no tip” on the tip screen, providing a hassle-free choice for patrons. Overall, Pita Way is a tasty option for those who prioritize freshness, despite the slightly elevated cost.
