The sushi was vaguely passable but not very fresh and tasted of freezer/was too watery to feel fresh.
Unfortunately my partner made the mistake of trying Ichiban Sushi’s chicken pad thai, which was one of the most peculiar and unappetizing textures I have ever had the displeasure of being surprised by. The noodles and vegetables were cooked okay, like a microwaved meal with a cloyingly sweet sauce (no balance to acid or sourness), but the “chicken” pieces were a horrifying, gelatinous texture unlike any protein I have ever had. It was like we were eating chicken gummy snacks that disintegrated in your mouth. He didn’t eat any of it unfortunately so we shared my 5/10 food and left.

I used to come here often years ago and loved the food. I ordered for the first time in over a year today. The teriyaki chicken was not nearly as good as I remember . The sauce was bland and thick- not a sweet teriyaki I remember. It’s too bad. The family is so kind and sweet. The veggies were cooked well though.

Save your money and go to McDonalds across the street. I called in to order a sushi roll for take out dinner. Got it home and it was awful, the tempura shrimp must have been cooked at lunch time or the day before or maybe days before. No crunch, mushy and a weird mushy consistency. This place is not cheap and they have no pride whatsoever in pushing out awful food. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I ordered the Spicy Tuna Roll and the Lunch Sushi Combo, but the Spicy Tuna had no flavor at all. As shown in the photo, the salad was served in an inedible condition. The fish also had a strong fishy smell. This was very disappointing.

They have the absolute best rolls. The pricing is a bit higher, but I gladly pay it because they have maintained their hours during Covid. Their red lobster roll is fantastic! Their Baltimore roll is a definite must try! If you haven’t been there, this picky sushi eater, says hell yes. My horse agrees!

Great local sushi spot perfect for a quick takeout or a cute place to dine in. The lunch specials are priced very well. I got the teriyaki chicken bento and it was the perfect amount of food. The chicken was cooked well and the teriyaki sauce was good. My only wish is that they gave you a fried rice option for the lunch bento because my white rice was ok but it didn’t seem like the sticky sushi rice I was expecting. However the salad was very big and the dressing was very delicious. For under $15 for lunch it’s a good deal!

I ordered Tuna Tataki and as ypu can see from the picture, the tuna is BAD!!!!!
This restaurant should NOT be allowed to serve bad tuna!!!! If anyone were to eat this, they DEFINITELY would get very sick!!!!
