I had an excellent experience with Ma’ Mona. The service was quick and friendly. The chips and salsa were very good. Salsa tasted very fresh. I can’t remember the name of my dish but it was rice and beans with grilled chicken breast smothered in white queso and mushrooms. It came with tortillas. The prices were great. I would definitely go back or if you’re in the area or nearby town it is a great place for something different than cafe food. Will be back next time I’m in the area.

My cousin and I both had the Molcajete which was delicious and served in a fun and unique way. I’d never seen such a dish before. Service was great and the atmosphere spot on. I’ll definitely be going back!

We had a lovely time, the food was delicious and the service was exceptional! We had a large family there for lunch and the gentleman that waited on us was wonderful, he handled everyone’s orders and drinks with skill for such a large group. We’ll definitely be returning to eat here again!

The restaurant has good food, and the atmosphere most definitely panders towards the younger generations with the instagram(y) photo spot. The vibes were kind of off, but that’s alright. Sometimes the vibes aren’t right at that exact moment. The chips were stale, and that’s a big deal in my opinion. But the salsa was really good. They had a small selection of two flavors of Jarritos, but it’s better than no Jarritos. I got the burrito el grande and I was slightly dissatisfied with it. The flavor of the red sauce did not mix well with the rest of the burrito. The burrito blanco was good, but the peppers in the burrito definitely could have been cooked a bit longer. The chimichangas were very consistent with every other chimi. The rice was a bit disappointing though. It could’ve used a bit more. The house-made hot sauce was amazing though. A rare 10/10. I would buy this stuff in bulk. Perfect amount of kick mixed with a great flavor.

There were a couple of other tables while we were there. I noticed a lot of takeout orders being picked up. Everything our group ordered was very good! We especially liked the spicier of the two salsas served. BIRRIA TACOS!!!

I was greeted immediately upon entering and seated promptly. I received a basket of chips and a bowl of salsa. I ordered the shrimp fajitas and the serving size was plentiful. Tasted great, no shortcuts here. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend. FIVE STARS all around.
