THIS STORE DOES NOT RESPECT ITS POSTED HOURS!!!
I arrived at this location at 9:30pm and upon walking in the store, the associate informed me that they were not taking any more orders. I asked again to confirm and she very sharply said that the store was closed, I left and noticed that the posted hours were until 10 P.M. and that the stores neon green open sign remained illuminated throughout the 10 minutes I was eating at the neighboring jack in the box. I can understand maybe not taking orders for the last 5-10 minutes to clear the queue, but closing 30 minutes early for food that’s pre prepped and only needs assembly is ridiculous.

Can’t follow your order at all . 5 meat Italian, 4 meats no roast beef, Italian seasoning and cheese bread. No just plain bread. Management should do better with their hiring practices. Won’t order here again. Online ordering elsewhere and may as well just order everything there. It’s not like there is a rush at subway in Hitchcock

Came in at 9 pm, so they had an hour until they close. Worker started making our sandwiches and said “y’all came in here right as I was about to close. Can’t you tell I was mopping?”
Bad attitude, poor food making. A customer came in before us, and before we even got out of the car they left after talking to the worker, assuming they told them they were closed.

Same “great service” every time. Girl working there laughing and joking with the customer in front of us then immediately looking pissy. Then when it came time to pay, she said absolutely NOTHING to us and didn’t even hand us our cups, she just SHOVED them at us.
We rarely come to this location because of the attitudes but every time we think either those workers have moved on or MAYBE management does their job and teaches customer service we are proven wrong.
I worked in a sandwich shop for a few years. I know it’s a thankless job, I try giving this place as much grace as I can. BUT at least we greeted customers, didn’t act like it was annoying to make ONE sandwich, and we certainly DID NOT shove things at people. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. the service is like this, unless you are one of their little friends, don’t expect any decent service

Store is very clean. It appears that only one person is working right now and I had to holler for her to notice that I was here pretty much that was the only complaint I have. Everything was neat and tidy and stocked. I sandwich was full of veggies that was happy with the bread. Overall this is a great subway.

They remodeled at some point, it’s very clean and the up date is nice. The sandwich are the standard subways sandwichs. The drink selection is pretty large for subway. It seems as the menu was updated too. Some of the offerings seem to be improved.

I’ve been to A LOT of Subway’s in my time…and they are only as good as the artist making your sandwich. Well this time, Olga at this Hitchcock location was awesome! I got everything I needed and will be back!

Gotta be the slowest subway in America. It didn’t take an hr to make a subs way sandwich, I put a mobile order in at 1455pm and literally sat in the restaurant waiting til 1530pm.
