The food is fine , it is what you expect from fast food Asian cuisine , it is convenient , the orange chicken was fine , the sesame chicken was also fine , I did like the cream cheese Rangoon , but who wouldn’t lol. Anyway it’s just a good on the go option , nothing to wake up from your sleep dreaming about.

I ordered a bowl with chow mein and my food did not taste good like at all. It tasted like it had been sitting there for days. Would not recommend the chow mein. And I came with a TON of vegetables and barely any of the noodles. It was like 80% vegetables and 20% noodles. I understand that it comes with vegetables but there was really no noodles.

I do not blame the workers, they’re always hustling during what seems like a never ending rush of customers. But whoever manages this location needs a better organization for online orders. I order online to avoid the line and get my food without waiting, but consistently I am left waiting even if I got a text. Often because the person working the front cannot find the order ticket along the disorganized line. Other times it’s ready but the workers will be too busy to even acknowledge you waiting for your order. Please develop a better system. It also seems like in person orders are prioritized over online, constantly delaying the preparation of online orders. Often I’m left waiting thirty minutes because they need to restock an ingredient but fill up the ones waiting in line before mine. I would’ve just waiting in line at that point.

Being situated in a prime spot within the downtown, this place has one advantage. Still I don’t know why it hadn’t got very low stars. Yet I liked it. If you do like Chinese food and you are looking for lunch/dinner after work, I guess this is a good place. The other day I tried orange chicken, it was too sweet for me. This time I tried Kung Pao Chicken and Black Pepper Chicken with fried rice, they were also sweet, but a bit lesser. It was tasty no doubt. I can’t complain about the crowd because I didn’t face any, I was the only one ordering. They were almost closing, but they didn’t seem annoyed that I was ordering at the last moment. They carried the food outside for me. That’s a good point to note. I was happy, so 4 stars in the end is a good trade.

Over the past six months, this has become a very disorganized location during lunch hours. If coming here for lunch, it’s almost impossible for them to not be out of multiple items and you having to wait….sometimes over 20 minutes. Of course any reasonable person doesn’t mind if it happens occasionally. However, this unfortunately has become routine at this location. They will prioritize on-line orders over people waiting in line…and it almost seems they no longer want regular walk up business.

In fairness, the workers do appear to work hard and food quality is fine. This location needs better training and better managers.

So much cabbage, I know it’s not being portion right, I guess not following the recipe and doing it fast…needs more noodles. Even the the bowl had more cabbage…

The cashiers are always nice, the cooks always move at a fast pace and they serve interesting dishes. They’re only downfall is the small portions they serve.

I have been eating in this restaurant for over a decade. This Thursday, I found a rock in one of their dish. I showed that to the worker and he offered me free dish to keep quiet. This is terrible and I will never go to any Panda Express ever again.

Ordered a bigger plate with chow mein, orange chicken, and 2x teriyaki chicken. I was told that they were out of teriyaki and would be cooking a new batch soon. No biggie, I just waited and about 10-15 minutes later they were putting it out so i anticipated i would be called soon and went back to my phone. 10-15 minutes after that i was wondering what was going on and saw that they had just left my box on the counter, sitting there with the rest of my food unheated for 25-30 minutes at this point. At that point I just gave up since they forgot about me and got food elsewhere. Unacceptable when the store wasn’t remotely busy and managed to run out of nearly half of its entrees, them forgetting about me, and then leaving my food in unsafe conditions for an extended period.
