The pizza tasted good, but it wasn’t cut when I received it. Since we were still on the road and not going home yet, I had to take it back inside just so it could be cut and we could actually eat it. A guy came and cut the pizza for us, which I appreciated.
However, shortly after that, a girl came out and said, “Sorry, I’m trying to get out of here.” That made it seem like the reason my pizza and brownie weren’t cut in the first place was because someone who was supposed to be off at 11 wanted to leave early.
It was frustrating because it added extra hassle when we were traveling and just trying to grab food quickly. Because of this experience, I won’t be getting pizza from this location again.

Online ordering never works. When you call, you get a very obvious call center, rather than the store. They repeatedly hang up on you when you try to ask about the menu, why online ordering isn’t working, or say anything other than “delivery” or “pickup” in response to the initial query. I’ve tried to order from this place a few times now, and it’s ALWAYS like this. This is ridiculous. Trying to order from my local franchise, and it’s impossible. Can’t redeem online only deals when the online never works, and you get a call center instead of a store.

The pizza hut contact center is not only a joke but completely unnecessary and the employees of it are terrible. I called to place an order could barely understand the lady. Tried to review the order asked her to go over it with me and she hung up. Contacted them again to see if it was right it wasn’t. I tried to change the order they said I had to do it at the store and hung up. Multiple calls and attempts to change my order was unsuccessful with the contact center. I Went to the store and explained the situation. Gabby was the one thing that was fantastic about the experience. She was nice and addressed my concerns and made my order right which was awesome so props to her she deserves a raise. Until pizza hut changes the way they order and not a using a stupid customer service center I probably won’t be going back.

I called after I placed my order asking if I could get the pineapples in the shape of a heart they unfortunately couldn’t because my pizza was in the oven but in doing so they made my bananna peppers into a heart shape 10/10 customers service would highly recommend and will order their food again

Poor customer service on all sides. I got poor treatment from an employee, then the manager came to check me out. I mentioned it to him and was victim of one of his tirades too. Don’t come here. The foods fine but the staff are THE WORST, even the manager.

I purchased two pizzas and a six piece wing. The places were made thin crust and I did not ask for thin crust. I was not able to go right back so I wanted to call and let them know that it was totally wrong. I was not able to get through to the physical location . I was at routed to a main number and they took a message. I was not able to get the contact with anybody at the store for several hours to let them know that my order was wrong. I hadn’t had Pizza Hut in so long but with this experience, I won’t go back.

First time ordering pizza here and it was perfect! Pepperoni lovers deep dish delicious. Friendly service too.

It was great they were busy as it just opened but having been through a few restaurant openings myself I can totally relate keep it up happy to have a location in the area and who can hate the turtles!
